Freshly refurbished 3 bed 3 bath town home with pool with a Micky and Minnie themed bedroom.

Beautifully furnished in contemporary design this awesome 2-Story Town House boasts its own Private Pool with a Covered and Screened Lanai. Come Home from an Exciting day at the attractions and hang out by the Pool to Relax and watch the kids splash in the pool (Heated Pool add $20/nt).

BEDROOMS- A spacious Master bedroom suite on the second floor features a King-Sized bed and TV. The kids will absolutely love the second floor Mickey and Minnie twin room with their own TV and shared bath. There is a comfortable first floor queen with its own bath and TV. This impressive home can sleep up to a total of 6 guests.

LIVING/DINING- The living and dining area are stunning with a leather sofa and 42 inch wide screen TV, free wireless internet access, cable TV and DVD. This is where you sit back, relax and think to yourself why have I stayed in a hotel room, when this Town Home with its generous layout, gorgeous furnishings and all it's comforts of home is available? The dining area includes a table chairs and bar stools for the kids.

KITCHEN- Entertaining, cooking and being able to share private time together with friends and family is fun and enjoyable. There is no need to miss out on any of the conversation, when using the 'open plan' fully equipped Stainless Steel and Granite kitchen and dining area! Pull up one of the bar stool chairs and prop yourself on the beautiful Granite Counter tops and watch what is developing in the kitchen.

AMENITIES- This is a fully stocked, complete home with wireless internet, a pack n play and high chair. Your vacation begins as soon as you walk in the door and your worries are left behind.

Arrived and had help from staff at access property. Staff were helpful and courteous. Property is clean and comfortable with good access to facilities on site. Security is good. This home is absolutely beautiful with all high end finishes, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It has a fully equipped kitchen which provided all the utensils required for anyone who enjoys a home cooked meal. The bedrooms with private bathrooms really added to our vacation experience. It enabled us to experience some alone time as well as togetherness. The private pool was pure luxury and was fully enjoyed by all. This home is within walking distance of the club house. Shirley

We just got back from our 7 day vacation at Windsor Hills and we had a great time. The home was supplied with everything needed possible to enjoy a beautiful and relaxing vacation with your grandparents, 18 month old and teenager. Stayed at 7669 Sir Kaufman Ct. The condo was great as was the complex. Family friendly and plenty of activities at complex. The condo is 10 minutes from all Disney parks. Driving to and from parks was extremely easy. Condo was very clean and managing group easy to work with. We liked it so much we extended our stay by two days. Malinda D.

How do damage deposits work?
