Welcome to Beachin' Boutins! This newly renovated, pet friendly cottage is perfect for a romantic couple get away or a small family vacation. It is only half a mile to Belmont Road Beach and is a short walk to restaurants, shops and attractions. It is situated on a quiet street with a spacious yard. New AC units in the bedrooms, living area as well as free WiFi for your comfort and convenience. It is .9 miles from Pleasant Road beach in West Harwich and an easy ride to the bike trail.

Owners Share Why I Love My Home:

We love its location! So close to Belmont Road Beach, shopping and restaurants. We love the spacious yard as it has plenty of space and is so peaceful. Our kids loved to play whiffle ball and many other lawn games when they were younger. While the cottage looks small on the outside that is deceiving. The home has cathedral ceilings in the living room which makes it feel so much larger. The neighborhood is very friendly and perfect for walking, running and biking too.

Let Us Tell You About This Home:

You will enter this newly refreshed cottage into a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table with seating for the whole family. Pastel paint colors and Cape Cod art brighten up this cute kitchen and make it fun to prepare a picnic lunch before heading off the to beach.

The living area is open with hardwood floors throughout. Enjoy the light décor and cathedral ceilings with skylights! The white washed fireplace and cozy reading chair beckon you to curl up with your favorite book and get whisked away to far away lands. Grab some popcorn and gather the family on the large sectional couch to watch a movie on those rainy days. The large 55 in flat screen tv is mounted on a swivel arm so it can be pushed out of the way when not in use.

To the left of the living area is Bedroom #1 with a Queen bed, fun coastal decor, closet and sliding barn style door for privacy.

To the right of the living area off a small hallway is Bedroom #2 to the left with a Queen and Twin bed, flat screen tv, and closet. On the right there is a full bathroom with a tub and shower.

​​​​​​​A/C units in both bedrooms and living room will keep you cool.

Outside in the spacious yard, treat yourself to a BBQ meal on the gas grill and dine at the patio table with an umbrella. Enjoy the partially fenced in yard for your pup. Play outdoor games in the expansive, grassy backyard and don't forget to wash the salt and sand away in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Full size washer/dryer in the basement (accessible through the bulk head).

Centrally located only .4 miles from Dennis Port and 2.5 miles from Harwich Port, this cottage offers many close options for family fun such as go-karts, bumper boats, batting cages, and mini golf.

Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included: For guests with a 1 week minimum stay - A large reusable tote with: 2 rolls of toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, sponge, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent and hand sanitizer (subject to change based on guest needs and marketplace availability).

This home offers Keyless Entry for your convenience.

Max parking of cars at property: 2. No parking on Lawn anytime.

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.

Response from the manager Hi Margaret, Thank you for your kind review about 130 Belmont Road. We just wanted to clarify that this cottage does NOT have a screened porch. But it does have a large yard as you mentioned for families to enjoy. The living area also has a small table for playing board games and cards!
