“Excellent!!! the major family's vacations in our llives”

Reviewed 8 Jul 2012

Really want all my gratitude and that of each of the members of my family and they gave us the possibility of having a beautiful and wonderful vacation, which I feel I never forget ... Today we close our eyes and come to our mind the picture of this extraordinary property The Elements Unit 112. Also like recognition for the excellent work done Damien and his group to make us feel happy, secure, protected, guided. Alike will be very grateful for what has been done by Mrs Eulalia, whom we cooperate in all our needs and we always resolved with a smile and enthusiasm. In Playacar have great potential and we feel that their inhabitants understand how important tourism can mean at all levels, is simply a place blessed by the gods and since I became one of my favorite sites. In my family not to speak of every moment we live and begin to plan our future visit, if God permits.

“location, location, location”

The Bric staff are extremely accommodating. We rented a codo on this property in 2011 that was not manged by Bric and the service paled by comparison. Our welcome and introduction to the unit was very thorough and left no questions unanswered. The unit we rented was well furnished and appointed. Every unit has a great view and this was no exception! The private beach will being us back again as will the nearby Canibal Royale Beach club. I particularly enjoy being able to walk out the door to the beach and walk for miles! The Elements is close enough to walk anywhere you need to go but out of the busy downtown. There are so many good restaurants within walking distance - too many to list here. There are many things I like about this property, but if I had to list one it would be the private beach - it can't be beat!

“Elements is an excellent hotel”

Elements is a lovely hotel, a little bit away from the main strip but this is a blessing to get away from the riff raff. The private beach is great and is conveniently located next to Playa del Carmen's best beach bar, Carnival Royale. However without Damien our stay wouldn't have been as great as it was. He was super helpful and was always there to assist. Imagine a personal mobile phone to contact him directly - that's right that's dedication.

“A Too Short, but Wonderful Experience!”

Reviewed 7 May 2010

We flew in for a short 5-day dive trip, so we didn't have lots of time. We were immediately struck with how friendly the staff were and how relaxed the atmosphere was at The Elements. Unit 112 was clean and beautifully appointed. The a/c was on (so welcome after the ride in), plus waiting there for us was a sumptious basket of goodies- fruit, drinks, and a cell phone for our use while we were in Playa! Our unit overlooked the pool and the beach directly beyond. We had a stunning view, which at night was equally impressive with the beautiful lighting and full moon too. The pool is perfectly refreshing, and the private beach beyond has the soft talcum-powder sand, which doesn't get too hot. We could easily walk to the fun 5th Avenida area with the many restaurants and shops. We also chose to bring groceries back home with us as we had a full kitchen and bbq to use. The 2nd night, we had steaks on the patio! We took the ferry over to Cozumel and dove there in addition to diving in Playa. We strolled down for ice cream after dinner too. The temperatures were very comfortable both day and night (the water was 83 degrees), and the visability was terrific. We have been to Playa several times over the yearsOverall we had a wonderful time, and look forward to going back again soon.

“Love the view”

Reviewed 12 May 2009

The Elements is very nice, great pool for kids and adults, and right near the ocean. The views are fantastic. The only issue we really had is you are on the very north end of town, so if you walk, it kinda far. We took a cab most of the time, or walked one way, and that worked find. The area is not quite done yet, so the scenery off the beach is a bit run down. I would imagine that eventually, it will be fully built up around the area and be fine. The units were nice, we had issues with our air conditioning, but they fixed it right away.
