Description
Rose St is just a stone's throw away from Princes St, the famous main street of Edinburgh with shops and restaurants on one side and the lovely Princes St Gardens on the other. Edinburgh Castle dominates Princes St as it rises up into the sky above the Gardens.
The comfortable accommodation is furnished to a high standard and comprises of an entrance hall, a spacious living room with a fitted kitchen, a good sized bedroom with a super-king sized bed (queen size in USA) which can be split into two singles upon request and a bathroom.
If two people do not wish to share the main bed or indeed the bedroom, the chair bed can be made available on request. There is an additional one off charge of £20 for this to cover laundry and labour.
The apartment looks out into Rose Street. It is only 40 metres to Princes Street to the south and to George St to the north. Rose Street itself is a bustling, attractive pedestrianised street with restaurants, shops and bars. The nearest supermarket is only 30m away.
A cot and high chair are available on request. Notice may be required so please check before booking. There is a one off cost of £15 for one of these, £20 for both.

This apartment is about as central as possible - 40m to the main street in the heart of Edinburgh. Shops, restaurants, bars and a park close by. Excellent links to public transport. This self catering apartment is on the 2nd floor of a traditional apartment block located just off Rose Street.
Arrival is normally after 3.00 and check out by 11.00 although where other guest bookings permit, these times can be flexible.
Please remove outdoor shoes in the apartment.
Please wash dishes and leave them to dry before departure. A 2 hour clean is included in the cost of your stay which is plenty of time for 99% of cleans. If the clean requires more time than this, guests will be asked for a further payment.
Notify me if there are any breakages/damage. It is so much easier to deal with if I have some notice!

The living room is a stylish, modern and spacious room with a large comfortable sofa, two easy chairs and a flat screen TV with Freeview. The large chair converts to a bed.
There is also a dining table and chairs for 4. Free Wifi is available. Large windows look out onto Rose St. The kitchen is open plan to the living room. It is well equipped, with a wide range of good quality utensils and equipment including cooker, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, and microwave. The spacious bedroom has a super-king sized zip and link bed (king size in USA) so it can be used as either a double bed or two singles. There are mirrored wardrobes, with generous storage space and accoustic glazing fitted in the bedroom window. There is a bathroom which has a shower, a toilet, and a wash-hand basin.

The apartment is on the second floor (third floor in North America) and is accessed by a communal stairway.
Just outside is the busy pedestrianised Rose St with its many shops, pubs and restaurants.
