Description

Four Happy Bears Estate is a spacious two story secluded retreat located on the most amazing pine tree covered mountain property and is complete with a huge backyard boasting expansive redwood decking out to the covered and enclosed private outdoor spa room. This home boasts newer, upgraded furnishings and decor, plus has a fully equipped kitchen that is spacious and comes with cooking essentials, double ovens, appliances and a dishwasher. There is a formal dining area with a nice big table for seating and meals, plus counter bar stools are available at the kitchen island. The cozy and relaxed living room offers hardwood floors, comfy leather furnishings, a toasty wood burning fireplace and a TV/DVD player is available for your use. Downstairs you will find a fun packed game room with a comfy Queen sleeper sofa, an additional fireplace, pool and chess tables for your enjoyment, and an office room set up with a desk. Off of this lower area is also the attached 2 car garage which conveniently offers a foosball and ping pong table for additional entertainment during your stay. Four Happy Bears Estate is sure to provide you and your group a wonderful time, with all that you could ever need in your vacation home available at your fingertips.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
