Description

VIULI Villa is located in a quiet area but close to the Circumvesuviana station (Via Viuli) from where in no time, leaving the car under the house, you can easily reach all the resorts in the area. Travel time: Herculaneum and Pompeii Naples center 10 minutes 15 minutes 25 minutes Sorrento and Amalfi The Villa is also close to the exit of Torre Annunziata Nord and easily accessible. The "Ginestra" apartment is about 140 square meters. and it consists of 2 large bedrooms each that can accommodate a double bed and two single beds, a large kitchen - living room with a fireplace in addition to a table and chairs (possibly possibility of adding a single bed) and 2 bathrooms one with shower. Kitchen with gas stove and refrigerator with fridge cell. In summer, the house is well ventilated and does not suffer from the heat.

“Ernesto is the perfect host”

The apartment is on the eastern side of Naples near the border of Torre del Greco and Torre Annunziata, neither of which is a tourist area. Via Viuli, the nearest station on the Circumvesuviana railway, is five minutes’ walk away, but it is skipped by the direct trains between Naples and Sorrento, particularly in the afternoons and evenings, which means you sometimes need to walk an extra km from the station at Leopardi to get home. The gorgeous villa of Poppea at the Oplontis archaeological site is walkable, everything else is a very reasonably-priced train journey. The villa is cool and comfortable with a basic kitchen. The garden is lovely, the swimming pool is much bigger than we were expecting; the WiFi is excellent, and you can see Capri from the terrace. It felt as if we were in the middle of the countryside. We were there in hot weather, and pretty much lived outdoors. If you want to be in the lap of luxury and handy for everything, this probably isn’t for you. If you’re prepared to travel, it’s wonderful. The real USP is Ernesto, who really put himself out to make sure we had what we needed. I can’t imagine a kinder or more helpful host.
