Secluded lot with swing set. 2 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes, beach chairs and toys included. Cook's kitchen, large deck. 10 rooms total, including master bedroom with en suite bath, guest room with queen bed, one bedroom with twin beds, one bedroom with twin beds plus rollaway, living room, dining room, kitchen, TV room with flat screen TV, playroom with flat screen TV, office. Farm stand, lavender farm and wonderful Greek restaurant down the road. Located just 3 miles from the vibrant village of Greenport, with shops and restaurants. In the heart of Long Island wine country. Great area for biking, golf, kayaking. Special gift for experienced vegetable gardeners who agree to tend our garden during their stay.
