Kimball Lodge just completed a total renovation enhancing the wonderful experience of OLDE SANIBEL. Kimball Lodge, part of the HISTORIC Island Inn lets you live in the rich history of Sanibel and the Island Inn while staying in modern and lovely surroundings.

The 2nd floor Condo is completely updated with Robb and Stucky's professional decor, GRANITE counter tops, stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

The Island Inn was founded in 1885 and has been a part of Sanibel history. From the history of the Island Inn:

"Island Inn was established in 1885. It began as the home of Will and Harriet Matthews and their four children who traded in the harsher climate of the north for the more temperate, year round weather of Sanibel Island. Constantly entertaining friends and relatives from the north who flocked to visit, the Matthews decided to turn their home into a boarding house. And from this grew the gracious tradition of the historic Island Inn that now hosts families and friends from around the world".

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.
