Enjoy SPECTACULAR SUNSETS from the screened in Lanai with views of the boat docks and Pine Island sound.

Beautiful 3rd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the lovely Mariner Pointe complex. Enjoy your Sanibel vacation in this professionally decorated and well appointed home offering everything you need for a terrific vacation.

The condo is very well maintained and cleaned to the highest standards. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and dish ware to cook all your meals. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably.

Our condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the guest bedroom offers two twin beds. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's and the condo has free WiFi.

Mariner Pointe has two heated swimming pools, tennis courts and a private fishing pier! Bring your BOAT with docks available.

Approaching the island on the Sanibel Causeway you will see Mariner Pointe to the left. This wonderful location will provide you access to both the East and West ends of the island. A short drive or bike ride to the gulf beaches, Grandma Dot's and other restaurants.

Unit has coded access which means no waiting in line or hassles getting and returning keys!!

The condo is equipped with beach chairs, and umbrellas, etc. to enhance your stay.

Please note: 7 Night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday required during season, may have flexibility off season

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

When you visit Sanibel Island, there is just "something in the air!" This island is rich in history & intrigue and is believed to have been discovered in 1513 by the famous explorer Ponce de Leon on his quest for the Fountain of Youth! ...Yes, really!! He named the island 'Santa Isybella' after his Spanish queen, Isabella. Thus, over the years it became: San-ibel.......!

In our light filled condo at Mariner's Pointe, we offer you a tranquil space to relax and unwind. Our unit faces westward--toward the canal, a place for beautiful Sunset dinners and long conversations on the lanai. In fact, the entire back of our condo is made of glass walls which can push to one side--opening up the entire condo's living space to the screened lanai--and views of the boats, sounds of herons, pelicans and other sea birds and, of course! the glistening, crystal blue waters....and, perhaps, if you're lucky-- a dolphin or two! or a Manatee!!

Mariner's Pointe features a fishing pier on the San Carlos Bay, a boat canal and boat dockage. (additional fee), 2 heated pools, tennis and shuffleboard courts and a nice grilling area. *No fishing license for Mariner Point renters is required!

It is a great place for kayaking, paddle boarding or just hanging out by the pool.

Our unit has just been completely updated and well appointed by the owner/designer and with hopes that you will feel at home! It is a large, finely appointed space to stay-- quiet and tranquil. All beds are super comfortable-- the master bed is King sized with soft bedding and towels that are plush! The second bedroom features twin sized beds and also has views of the canal. We have TVs in both bedrooms as well as the living room and free wifi. The Kitchen and both bathrooms are all newly remodeled with beautiful custom tile, cabinets and granite. We also have a sleeper sofa and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. There are nice, new pots and pans; we picked everything for us! It is, literally--our home away from home and has a laid back, beachy feel to it that we know you will enjoy~

Additionally~

We also offer 4 beach chairs, a cooler, & beach towels. You can rent bikes from Billy's bikes and they will actually deliver them to you! Then, it is a safe 5 minute ride to the most beautiful beaches in the world! Paved biking trails are all over the island; start off going to the lighthouse, built in 1884, which is literally right in your backyard! Then, there are Miles of shelling beaches to choose from or discover--(*best to go early and at LOW tide...) Don't miss nature walks, biking or driving thru the Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge which is 6300 acres of mangroves, bay and estuaries. On our last trip thru Ding Darling, we saw hundreds of birds, flocks of pink pelicans and one baby alligator!

How do damage deposits work?
