This lovely 65 square meters 2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms 2 Toilets apartment is ideally located in the heart of Paris. Situated in the Montorgueil neighbourhood, you will enjoy this shopping district very typical : traditional restaurants, sidewalk cafés, food trades, groceries, bakeries (croissants, baguettes).. This famous quarter is a lively and pedestrianized area, rare in Paris.
Apartment completely refurbished, very bright and spacious, decorated with all modern convenience and luxury, and it sleeps 6 people. The interior is warm and comfortable. Bedrooms : NEW and High-standard bedding. Two bathrooms designed by an architect. Each equipped with a walk-in shower.
Its central localisation is perfect to go for a walk and discover the charm of Paris. On foot, you get to district of Beaubourg and its museum of modern Art : 'Le Centre Pompidou', Châtelet-Les Halles, the banks of the Seine, Notre Dame and l'Ile de la Cité, the Louvre museum, L'Opéra Garnier.. For shopping, you will find nearly the luxury boutiques of the Place des Victoires or Galeries Lafayette, and the trendy ones with the Marais neighbourhood.

“Great Apartment, Great Location”
Newly renovated apartment, and everything worked. Layout worked well for 2 couples. Apartment was clean and fresh on arrival. The manager was helpful and went out of his way to show how all appliances worked and where the supplies were located. One real convenience was that he left supplies - garbage bags, seasonings, sugar, salt, etc, so we did not have to purchase everything! The apartment is just around the corner from a great shopping street - groceries, restaurants, wine shops - everything you need for an enjoyable stay. And the subway/metro is just a few steps out the front door, making for easy travel in inclement weather. Notre Dame and the Louvre are about 10 walking minutes away. Other major museums are a bit further. Note: WiFi was better than we have at home. What a great place!!

“Great location, lovely, newly renovated apartment - perfect for a family.”
We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We are a family of four, two adults and two children, aged 12 and 15 years old. The apartment was exactly as advertised, newly renovated with everything you would want. Having a washing machine/dryer was especially beneficial. The apartment was also very well located, walking distance to many tourist attractions and underground train stations. It was a two minute walk to a street with many restaurants, bakeries and mini supermarkets. I would highly recommend this apartment.
“Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location”
This was our fourth trip to Paris. This time, we have spent 6 days and this apartment was the best choice we ever made. We had a such fantastic time. The location is fabulous: so close to a Metro station and very walkable. The neighborhood is great, with nice proximity to all the specialty shops you expect... everything at 1 minute walk : groceries, cheese and fruits stores, bakeries, wine store etc.. The apartment is modern, clean, and spacious for Paris. It is also very quiet, which was important for us coming back to the apartment after a long day of exploring. The windows are terrific and add great light to the room and airflow for sleeping. The large kitchen and the 2 bathrooms are well appointed including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.. The courtyard is charming and very flowery. The owner is extremely nice and really helpful. He gave us suggestion on place to eat, where to get groceries. The important thing : from the apartment, which is central, you can easily walk to so many places! We can recommend this location to everyone.
“Home away from Home”
The rental was in such a lovely area with plenty of places to eat and shop for food as well as clothing! Such an easy walk to the Louvre and of course right next to metro stations. Laurent was a dream and always quick to reply with questions or restaurant recommendations. The rental has been recently renovated and is in pristine condition. The building and street were very quiet even on the weekend. We along with our 6 year old son truly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be staying there again the next time we are in Paris.

Great location, very clean, very comfortable. Definitely better than a hotel. Washing machine, dryer and kitchen facilities. the owner was helpul. The location is great, near several different Metro lines and buses, bakeries and typical cafés. The building is quiet. Parfait!
“A Unique apartment! Great Time!”
Lovely apartment, full of light, brand new equipped and so close to important highlights of the city. The apartment looks exactly as advertised in the photos. It was very clean with extremely comfortable beds. The house is in a quite, safe area, just a few steps from Le Louvre ou Les Halles and La Seine. A lot of space to leave our bags, clothes and stuff. Bathrooms were pleasant...plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped, including a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The apartment was clean and bright (large windows and views in every room), and well appointed. Overall we had a great time at this apartment and would stay here again.

What a magical city ! We have had a fabulous time, we loved the apartment its location was excellent and the views amazing. We found the location next to the Metros Sentier and Reaumur Sebastopol so brilliant. We have also walked to most of the attractions, including the Louvre, Le Centre Pompidou and Notre Dame. This apartment in the Montorgueil neighborhood is located close to supermarkets, bakeries, shops and cafes. We always enjoy this area and would definitely plan on returning to this location. We found wonderful typical restaurants and brasseries. In the press book, excellent information about this local area was appreciated and it was great to be able to pop out for anything anytime. The communication has been excellent since we enquired about the apartment and everything was as described. It was very clean with an extremely comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchen. Very quiet at night for a good night sleep. A very beautiful way to live Paris as a "guest".
