Resort lifestyle at its best at Kauai’s Hidden Gem: Waipouli Beach Resort, Oceanview Penthouse with cathedral ceilings, located on the fourth floor and highest floor in a quiet setting overlooking the only fantasy pool on the island! One of the most gorgeous views of the resorts tropical grounds, the beach and the ocean during the day; and, at night the fire glow of the tiki torches reflecting in the pool and the moon reflecting on the ocean.

There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full size washer and dryer for laundry!

This Luxury Penthouse Oceanview 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo features the highest quality furnishings for your comfort by International interior designer Philpott’s and Associates.

The beds proudly claim a ‘Heavenly Beds’ logo assuring you the best possible sleep. The Master Bedroom Suite has a king bed, a writing desk, full size dresser and a Master Bath with it’s own tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower. The second master bedroom is one of only a few to have two extra long full size beds and a master bath of its own, with a soaking tub and a third bathroom with a shower. There is a queen size sofa sleeper to easily accommodate up to 6 - 8** people.

Cleanliness and Safety: In keeping with our high cleaning standards, our units are thoroughly cleaned for every guest arrival. Each property has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using EPA approved disinfectants. We pay special attention to high touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and remote controls. Our housekeepers are thoroughly trained on the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee. All cancellations must be made in writing (fax or email acceptable). Tenant will not be entitled to a refund of rent or taxes or cleaning pertaining to this agreement.
