Enjoy Paradise surrounded by the finest designer furnishings, lush bedding and linens, the ultimate gourmet kitchen with state of the art equipment: The condo features the highest quality modern style furnishings for your comfort. Sub-zero refrigerator for perfection in freshness and wine temperature, Wolf Appliances designed by Chefs with a passion, cabinets made of fine African mahogany, floors are made of 100% natural stone Peruvian travertine.

This 2 bedroom condo has a king bed in the master bedroom suite with a desk, dresser, closet and private master bathroom with shower and tub; a second master suite with a queen bed and master bathroom with a soaking tub and an attached third bathroom with a shower. In total, there are two tubs, two separate showers, five sinks, Peruvian Travertine surround and granite slab counter tops.

Special Amenities: We can add beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, pack n play and booster seat. Just let us know what you would like in the unit.

Cleanliness and Safety: In keeping with our high cleaning standards, our units are thoroughly cleaned for every guest arrival. Each property has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using EPA approved disinfectants. We pay special attention to high touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and remote controls. Our housekeepers are thoroughly trained on the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC.

The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! a Coffee Bean, Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, Tropical Dream Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island.

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

*Base rate and outclean plus HI taxes, admin fee, resort fee per night and a one time property protection.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee. All cancellations must be made in writing (fax or email acceptable). Cancellations that occur within less than (sixty) 60** days of the check-in date for a non-holiday reservation will not receive a refund. Tenant will not be entitled to a refund of rent or taxes or cleaning pertaining to this agreement. Accidental Rental Damage Insurance fee shall be returned to Tenant. **90 (ninety) days for all major / national holiday reservations / stays over 14 days and 120 (0ne hundred twenty) days for stays over a month. Trip Insurance is offered for all reservations.
