Avalanche Zone is nicely decorated two story condo located within the Bear Meadow Condos, within a very short walk to golf, the local zoo, and the ski resort, plus under a ten minute drive to all that Big Bear has to offer. The lower level of this home includes the bedrooms plus garage access and a laundry room for your use. The upstairs consists of a fully equipped kitchen with essentials for cooking, including utensils and a dishwasher, plus a breakfast bar and dining table for four people, while the living room area has high vaulted ceilings, a regulation size pool table, TV/DVD, and a gas log fireplace. There is a nice relaxing deck off of the living room area that overlooks a beautiful grassy courtyard and offers an outdoor table and chairs plus a natural gas BBQ. This condo is in a fine location, perfect for both winter and summer activities, making it the perfect destination for your next getaway to Big Bear.
