Description
Villa Emilianya is a stylish, spacious and modern 3 bedroom villa sleeping 6/8 people.
The villa is very private in its own fully enclosed grounds with new high white wall. The area of Costa Papagayo is very quiet.
The villa is ideal for families, adult groups and also popular for couples who enjoy having space.
Fast Wifi & English TV channels on a 65” Smart TV are provided along with weekly cleaning. A welcome pack with wine & pool towels are also provided.
The spacious grounds include a private electric heated pool which is heated to 27 degrees all year round. The pool measures 8m by 3m.
There are stunning Femes Mountain views from the terrace & the south facing terrace receives sun all day.
The villa is only a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the fabulous Dorada beach and Playa Blanca promenade. The town centre is 20 minutes walk or 25 minutes to the stunning Rubicon marina.
The villa is stylish and beautifully furnished with new fitted kitchen with separate dining area and utility area.
There is private car parking, a huge terrace, beautiful electric heated pool ( 8m by 3m) with Romanesque style steps, outside shower and picon garden area with Canarian style BBQ, cactus, flowers, bougainvilleas and palm trees.
The villa has a master bedroom with stunning marble en suite and two further twin bedrooms with a family bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the dining room which could accommodate a further two people so the villa could sleep 8 in total. Travel cot and high chair are available free of charge.
Playa Blanca is beautiful, stunning beaches are within walking distance and the town centre promenade offers a fabulous variety of restaurants, shops, and other local amenities. Please see our 70 plus excellent reviews on VRBO

Prices are based upon a maximum of 4 people - (extra guests £105 per week) and include linen and towels , weekly villa cleaning and welcome pack on arrival.(wine,milk,water,orange juice,) For prices on any shorter and longer durations from 5 nights up to long stays please contact owner via website. The villa is available from 1pm on arrival day, vacated by 10am on departure day, although if there are no guests departing/arriving on the day we try to be flexible with vacation time.

The stylish master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and large fitted double wardrobe and drawers. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both twin bedded also with large fitted double wardrobe and drawers. There is also a double sofa bed in the spacious dining room. The en-suite bathroom overlooks the pool and is finished in black granite and mosaic and offers a bath, toilet and twin vanity basins. The family bathroom is beautifully finished in marble and mosaic and has a walk in shower, toilet and large sink. There is a fully fitted granite worktop kitchen, fully equipped with oven , hob, air fryer, dish washer,microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and board. There is welcome pack provided with holiday information plus tea, coffee, milk, wine, water and fruit juice. There is a separate outdoor solarium/utility room with automatic washing machine and drying facilities. There is a large lounge area with two double leather sofas, stylishly furnished to a high standard with triple patio doors leading to the terrace. The lounge also has a large 65”’flat screen TV with satellite & english channels and sky sports and Netflix. There is Unlimited wifi & Internet (6mb) There is large dining room off the kitchen with patio doors looking on to pool/terrace, with a large beech table to seat up to 8 people. There is also a comfortable double bed sofa - would make an ideal fourth bedroom to accommodate a further two people. All bed linen & towels are provided. Pool towels are provided for guests. The villa is cleaned weekly and towels and bedlinen are changed weekly. The villa is airy and spacious. Fans are provided in each bedroom for additional comfort. Also included are a high chair and cot, making the villa perfect for families. A welcome pack is provided with wine, fruit juice, milk, tea, coffee, water etc. A safe is also provide for guests to store laptops and valuables.

The villa is set in its own spacious private grounds with stunning views of the Femes mountains and with its south facing aspect is perfectly positioned for sunshine from dawn until dusk.
There is a comfortable outdoor corner sofa under the shaded pergola. There are eight cushioned sun loungers and chairs plus an outdoor dining table and six chairs for alfresco dining.
The beautiful large private solar & electric heated pool measures 9m by 3m with romanesque style steps. There is an outside shower and a lovely well maintained picon garden area with BBQ, cactus, Bouganvilleas, Flowers and palm trees.
There is a new high white wall surrounding the property which means it is private, secure and not overlooked. There are also lights built into the wall which makes it lovely for relaxing nights in at the villa. The patio is well sheltered on windy days, and there is a large pergola offering shade for those that need it.
There is private off road car parking for 1 or 2 cars.

“Simply Fabulous!”
Just returned from a fabulous two week stay at Villa Emilianya in player Blanca. Perfectly located within a 20–25 minute walk of the town centre. The Villa itself was just beautiful with a south facing terrace and pool for all to enjoy. Don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a villa with such a comfortable bed. Everything was supplied to make the holiday hassle free and allow you just to relax and enjoy! From booking right through to coming home, Catherine the owner was in constant communication! Great welcome pack and wonderful instructions on the villa, Kit the cat and local amenities! Villa cleaned and beds changed midstay which was lovely and pool was maintained to a high standard! Not all villas offer this standard of accommodation or level of communication! Book it! You won’t be disappointed!!!

“Beautiful clean comfortable relaxing villa”
We had an amazing family holiday here in July . The outside pool are was spacious & comfortable nice garden clean pool . The bedrooms were clean & comfortable, fully equipped kitchen with two fridges , cooker etc crockery , utensils everything you need , utility room with washing machine., excellent wifi & tv & very comfortable living room . A home from home . There were 7 of us including a 12year old & a toddler & we all had ample space to do our own thing if we wanted The host was fabulous with communication & always relied promptly & is extremely helpful & we had no complaints whatsoever we all really loved this villa
