Response from the manager Gulfview II is our most budget priced property and while it is certainly not the most lavish property we manage, it is very accommodating for guests looking for a more economical selection. All properties are individually owned and reflect the owner’s personal taste. We do, however, have plans with our owner to update the interior of this property. Thank you for your feedback. Gulfview II is just a short walk to the beach, which adds to the convenience, but does lack a view, which is reflected in the affordable cost. At Padre Getaways , we use the same high-quality 400+ count linens and towels in all of our properties regardless of rental price and replace them often so that they are always in good condition. Kitchens are all stocked with a complete set of cook ware and the right equipment for the vacation chef. Each property is stocked with a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bath and a trash bag to get our guests started. However, for extended stays, guest are advised to bring any additional supplies that they may need. Because we are a barrier island, we cannot guarantee that our guests will not experience internet outages, lack of connectivity, or access problems, but we do make every effort to provide each of our guests with high speed wireless internet access.

How do damage deposits work?
