Description

Our unit 1409, is on the 4th (top) floor where the 40 foot balcony has a side view of the Gulf with morning sun and evening shade.

The living room with new sofa and love seat are great for movie nights or sports viewing on the 60” smart TV. Cable and internet are included, so relax.

The Master with its private bathroom and balcony access includes a king sized bed and 43” smart TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and 40” smart TV. The kids will love the bunk in the third small enclosed windowed bedroom with dresser. The linens and towels are rotated regularly.

The kitchen is well equipped – a microwave, drip coffee maker and Keurig, blender, and toaster - with new stainless steal appliances. All dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans are provided. There is also a washer and dryer and a large pantry.

A pair of chairs and an umbrella is included seasonally from mid-March to October, weather permitting. This service is provided by Holiday Isle Beach Service.

Maravilla condo complex is pet-friendly with a pet walking area. We allow small and medium good mannered dogs but sorry to say, we’re allergic to cats.

Maravilla has access to a private, gated access to 2.5 acres of beach. There’s a pool in the front of the complex, another heated pool with hot tub towards the back, several poolside grills, a fitness room, outdoor basketball, tennis courts, shuffleboard and a community club house.

Maravilla is conveniently located to many of Miramar Beach/Destin or Santa Rosa Beach area shopping and great restaurants. If you want more than our wonderful beaches, you can easily find a helicopter ride, parasail, fishing, boat and jet ski rental, golfing, swim with dolphins and so much more.

Just walk across the street to the private beach access gate. But when not at the beach, ride your bicycle, scooter or golf cart. For longer distances, a car is needed.

House rules

No one under the age of 25 is allowed to rent individual units. No rentals during Spring Break time-frames will be rented to individuals without proof of age. No rentals by parents are allowed for students under 25.
If any evidence of smoking is discovered upon check-out, all damage deposits will be forfeited.
Only one small to medium well mannered dog allowed but not on beds or furniture.
Any damage to A/C unit due to doors/windows being left open will result in forfeiture of damage deposit.

“Paradise on Earth”

We arrived to a nice air conditioned condo. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is next to anything you could want or need. The private beach is a short walk just across the street and includes beach service of chairs and an umbrella. The sand is soft and white and there wasn’t too many people there. We absolutely love everything about this condo and plan to come back every year to stay here!!

Great place to stay..close to the beach, and to anything else you would need or want!!Todd is great to work with, and answered any questions I had.Nice spacious place to relax in after being at the beautiful beach or pool all day.All in all, a wonderful place to be!
