Description

The Zenzero & Cannella (Ginger & Cinnamon) apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building from the 30s (with elevator), and offers an amazing view over St. Peter's Basilica's Dome. Its 80 square meters (862ft) include two double bedrooms, where we can add a single bed as required, a living room with sofa and dining table, a kitchen and a bathroom.

The Ginger & Cinnamon is an elegant holiday house, situated in a strategic point for those wishing to visit the main attractions the city of Rome has to offer. It's near San Peter, Vatican museum, Villa Panphili, Gianicolo, Trastevere, Largo Argentina, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori etc. It is very close to the San Pietro train station, just ten minutes from Ottaviano Metro stop and is served by numerous bus routes which go anywhere.

Response from the owner I was amazed by reading your observations, we have never received so much criticism all together. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy completely your stay and had some drawbacks. I can tell you that some clips remained stuck in the washing machine and the noise was coming from them but the washing machine was working fine, though. The floors may seem dirty if you don't look at them closely, it is just that they are old fashion floors, we decided not to change the tiles because we think it is nice to keep the design of the 60s. We always take much care in cleaning the house, as you can read in the many reviews where people appreciated our attention to tidiness. We will check anyway the things you reported to ensure our customers can always have a pleasant stay in our apartment. Kind regards. Pamela

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Pamela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
