Description
This spacious modern villa is luxuriously furnished throughout and is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in most rooms. It is all on one level which is ideal for the elderly or children, with no stairs to climb.
The family room with its high vaulted ceilings includes A 51” TV, DVD Player, CD PLAYER and Playstation 2 will keep the kids and adults entertained, also a large selection of Dvd films, Playstation games and Cds are available for your use. One of the sofas can be transformed into a Queen size bed.
The fully equipped kitchen contains all modern appliances including fridge freezer with ice maker and drinks dispenser, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee maker and toaster.
We have 3 bedrooms (with sleeping space for 8 adults) there are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one king the other queen). The third bedroom being a twin with bathroom opposite making this villa ideal for two families sharing. There is also a cot for infants along with high chair and strollers. All bedrooms have televisions and Dvd players.
Out onto the patio you have a large 24 x 15 ft SOUTH FACING heated pool, for sun all year round. You can laze the day away on our pool furniture or take a dip with the inflatables provided. The pool deck area is fully screened and serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.
We have a pool safety fence and this can be erected within minutes also child safety locks are fitted to the patio doors.
Our management company will ensure your stay at Pluto’s Palace will be a happy one, and ensure the villa is cleaned between lets with clean towels and bed linen included.
The garage has been converted into a games room with a Foosball Table, Air Hockey and a Darts Board. Also an assortment of games, toys and books are supplied for your use.

“Well equiped and comfortable villa close to attractions.”
We go to this villa at least once a year and often twice. It has all the amenities you could expect including spacious rooms, a well equiped kitchen and enclosed swimming pool. Comfortable and well kept, the villa is well sighted to access the theme parks at Disney, Kissimmee and International Drive. It is also approximately half way between the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Coast for those that like the beach. Supermarket, shops and eateries are only 5 minutes away. Highly recommended.

“Great villa with everything you need in a great location.”
We recently returned from 2 great weeks at Pluto's Palace. The villa was excellent, spacious and very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. It is located in a lovely, quiet area yet is still close to the Disney parks and other main attractions. The pool was very welcome after long days at the theme parks and the pool heating was worth every penny. Pluto's will be at the top of our list for our next stay in Orlando.

“Amazing high quality Orlando Villa. 5*”
After staying in various Villas in different areas around Orlando I have to say that this is right up there as one of the Best. From the moment I sent off for a quote to closing the door on our final day the whole experience has been a pleasure. Darren and Gail have been exceptional Owners trying to Accommodate our every need, The Villa it self is maintained to a very high standard with all of the mod cons you would ever need. The location on Sandy Ridge is amazing with a Publix supermarket and chili's only 10 minutes away. With the added bonus of Old Lake Wilson Road only 5 mins away which gives you access to Formosa gardens (Restaurans) and Sherbeth road (great Disney short cut). Overall this is a fantastic Villa that my family will stay in again and again.
