Description

Villa Sunset is a large property which looks like an Oasis. The huge garden has plenty of glamour and luxury with palm trees, fruit trees, plants, flowers (there is even a rose garden) is simply impressive. The large swimming pool of 10 x 12 meters, plus a baby Pool, with many sunbeds, outdoor table and chairs make you feel like you are in the heaven. If that is not enough, you have the private Tennis Padel Court with Mini Basketball equipment. All this, in a natural setting that promises absolute tranquillity, in a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, plenty of sun all along the day, from sunrise to sunset.

The main house is a bigbuilding looking towards the mountains and sunsets. It's a house of more than 200 sqm. shared between two floors. On the first floor you can find 2 double bedrooms , a complete bathroom, aircon, and a kitchen where you will find another family badroom, close a Hall with oversize sofas and a Flat TV with Satellite and WIFI LAN. On the first floor there are three bedrooms ( one double and two twins), a complete bathroom and a huge Terrace with lovely views.

There is a second building at this villa, where there is an amazing dining room full of light and a place with a professional kitchen absolutely fully-equipped with high-spec appliances and TV with a big BBQ just outdoor. It is a dream for people who love to cook. Next to the kitchen there is a full bathroom with shower.

Villa Sunset is more than 9000 sqm in the quite area of Son Fe, only a short drive away from the historical Centre of Alcudia, the famous villa of Pollença and the beaches of the Port d´Alcudia. A perfect place to explore the North of the island that offers, apart from sandy beaches and the sea, a lot of outdoor activities, shops, restaurants, bars, ... all year round.

Please, note a security deposit of 300 EUR will be required by credit card to cover any potential damage to the property.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.

Note 4. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 300 in cash will be required to cover any potential damage to property and energy consumption (€ 0.25 / Kw). The deposit minus the amount of energy consumption will be returned to the tenant after the exit inspection if no property damage is observed beyond normal wear.

Please note that there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h. and 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.

“Perfect villa for rest”

We stayed in this villa for a week, with the family (10 persons). And everything was really perfect. Villa are very nice, with big swimming pool, beautiful palms in the garden, big kitchen, comfortable beds. It was perfect to stay during the hot days in villa near the swimming pool. Juan, the property manager was very very understanding. We was late, but Juan waited for us and with patience showed everything in villa (thanks again!). We had an excellent time and we would definitely recommend this place. And we will travel again, Juan we definitely contact you. :)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
