Top of the Gulf

Location: Top of the Gulf Resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, in the NW Florida panhandle. The resort is approximately 25 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Pier Park and 10 minutes from St. Andrews State Park. Super Wal-Mart, Dollar Tree, fast food restaurants and Ripley's are .5 mile away. Club La Vela, Spinnaker, 3 Brother's Pizza, Hershey's Ice Cream, Wendy's, Subway, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, Ms. Newby's bar, convenience stores and gift shops all within a few blocks.

Unit: Ocean-view studio. One wall is covered in windows, with one window panel extending from floor-to-ceiling. One bathroom, walk-in closet, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, kitchen stocked with kitchenware, dining room, sitting area, queen bed and queen pullout couch (sleeps 4). Central AC/heat, water, electricity, cable TV and DVD player provided.

Multiple units available.

Resort: Top of the Gulf Resort is located directly on the sugar white sand of the Gulf Lagoon Beach and the emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico.

Amenities: The complex has an olympic-size pool, kiddy pool, sun decks, grills, shuffleboard, a pool-side snack bar (open most days during the summer), laundry room, game room, exercise room, WiFi lounge and secure parking. There's a $20 on-site fee for one parking pass and resort wristbands.

Response from the owner Hi! The unit is exactly as pictured and described. It's not newly remodeled with granite. It's my second home and an average unit with an amazing view and location. The condo association has since fixed the elevator. They had to get a licensed contractor and order parts, so it did take a few days to resolve. Sorry for the inconvenience! However, there are two elevators, and at least one was working at any given time. The staff in the office onsite aren't associated with my unit, which is privately owned and managed. I am the point of contact for the unit. Thanks!

How do damage deposits work?
