The apartment is located in the luxury ''5 star'' Elysia Park residential complex just outside Paphos. It is a two bedroomed apartment that sleeps 6, overlooking a fantastic pool area. There is full air conditioning as well as a fully fitted kitchen and two balconies. The apartment also has Wi-Fi access included in the price. On site there is an Indoor Heated Pool plus Gym, Spa with Sauna and Cafe/Restaurant with Shops and a Cash Machine; access to these owner only facilities is 5 Euro per person for the duration of your stay.
Elysia park is a 20 minute drive from Paphos airport, 10 -15 minute walk to the seafront and beach, restaurants and marina. It has a superb location, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town of Paphos but close enough to experience everything it has to offer makes it great for families and couples looking for a relaxing, fun holiday.
There is a dedicated parking space plus two play areas for children, with a Table Tennis Table for guest use; the gardens surrounding the apartment are all fully landscaped. We have a small storage room with pool toys, table tennis bats etc and is also useful for empty luggage cases if required. Beach towels are provided and our guest book has lots of local information for guests.
As well as the facilities listed above on site which opened in 2019 there are several local shops within 100 metres of the complex gate. These stores sell everything from fresh food to clothes and other holiday essentials like pool accessories and sun tan lotion. They are open late into the evening for last minute purchases, and also both sell groceries at reasonable prices.
Paphos sea front is 15 minutes walk away, with bars and restaurants even closer, but far enough away to not disturb the peace and quiet. In the town there is a full range of international cuisines to choose from, as well as take away food to satisfy any appetite. The restaurant prices range from 10 Euros for two courses up to 50 Euros per person for five star quality.

“Second stay, as good as the first!”
This was our second stay at Tony and Debbies apartment, fortunate enough to to have been able to travel during Covid. We had a fantastic two week stay and wished we could have stay longer. Pool and communal areas were cleaned daily, sun loungers were sanitised after use by each guest we felt safer in Cyprus than the UK. The apartment is on a great complex which has fantastic facilities with the outdoor pool, gym, sauna, indoor pool, shop, pharmacy and a restaurant/bar which was for supplies or a spot of lunch or evening meal. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying at the apartment or the complex. Look forward to visiting next year.
“Absolutely terrific...spotless and homely”
Everything was better than we expected. The accommodation can only be described as superior. I would deffo book here again. Tony was very quick to respond to any queries.
Lovely apartment with 2 balconies and views over 1 of the 2 pools. Excellent responses from Tony and I needed Eileen to come and help me get in (needed to find the way the key worked!) which she did very quickly. Will definitely be staying again and will bring my family. Elysia Park staff always helpful too as they sorted my taxis and hair appt for a wedding I was attending. Feel safe here and will come again every year.
“7th visit to Elysia Park...”
We keep on returning to Elysia Park, this will be our 7th visit and our first staying at Tony and Debbie’s apartment. Let’s start with an update on the complex, it has changed since our last visit with the addition of a gym, spa, indoor pool, restaurant, kiosk, kids activities, bike hire, car rental and so much more which has added to its popularity, the place continues to be relaxing, sun beds are of abundance, and the pools fantastic which really has set the place apart from other complexes in the area. The apartment is really a home from home and you can tell that both Tony and Debbie really want to make everyone’s stay enjoyable. It has everything you would need for an evening in but also in a great location to the harbour and kings avenue mall. We found it to be spacious and had everything we needed for our stay, with a great balcony overlooking the pool great in the evening when the pool is lit up, and also the use of WiFi which was welcomed. Having stayed in a previous property for our previous stays the apartment did live up to our expectations so much we are looking at possibly returning next year, and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the apartment. “the perfect booking”
When you arrive at the car rental place and they ask where you are staying and you get a raised eyebrow and a "very nice" response you know you are going somewhere a bit special in truth Elysia Park has top quality facilities and that includes the apartment. The whole process was easy with Tony and Debbie taking the booking quickly and keeping you informed throughout the process as well as providing the key and full instructions in advance which meant that our late evening arrival didn't keep anyone hanging around for our arrival, similarly we were allowed a late check out which was extremely helpful. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and lounge area all of which are air conditioned and the basics such as milk, orange juice, coffee etc are all provided and you are asked to replace what you have used, again very useful if you are arriving at 22:00 ! The facilities are high spec and if you needed assistance (we didn't) then a contact number is provided. Would I stay here again ? absolutely, it was a perfect apartment and the whole experience was relaxing, once again thanks So much Tony and Debbie

“Great Place for Families”
Absolutely fantastic holiday here for the second year running. The kids love it, especially the fabulous pool! The apartment is spotless, fantastically well equipped, with a great pool view, and the complex quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend this as the perfect self-catering choice in Paphos for couples and families who enjoy a quieter place to relax, away from the large hotel complexes and bars. Will definitely be staying again!
