Spacious Luxury Beach apartment for rent, walking distance from the Asturias Beach in Guaruja, Brazil, about 2 hours driving from Sao Paulo. The 230m2 apartment includes 4 suites (4 bedrooms with each their own bathroom), 2 separate living areas, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry area. The apartment also includes 2 parking spaces in a covered garage. The beach is literally 5 minutes walking away, and the apartment includes a beach service with 2 parasols and 10 beach chairs.
The apartment is child friendly, was recently refurbished and is in excellent condition. This is an ideal apartment for family getaways!!
