Description
The villa is arranged on 2 floors with the main accommodation on the upper floor having been recently refurbished. It comprises of a furnished veranda, enjoying evening sun overlooking the front garden, leading into a spacious open plan lounge/diner with well equipped kitchen including fridge freezer, hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The lounge area has a sofa bed, TV, DVD player (built into the TV), bluetooth speaker and the dining area has a table seating up to 6. Double doors open onto a balcony overlooking the pool which enjoys morning sunshine and far reaching views over the countryside, furnished with handmade table and benches.
Accessed from the living area, there is a double bedroom (opening onto the balcony), 1 twin or triple bedroom (both with air conditioning) and 2 shower rooms, one with WC.
Outside steps lead down to the swimming pool and smaller pool with hydromassage jets, situated in front of the lower floor of the villa, with lawn and paved surround for relaxation. There are garden gates which can be closed to make it secure for families with young children.
The lower floor of the villa has a shaded terrace with wicker furniture and inside there is a games room with table tennis, shower room and a cloakroom with washing machine.

“Lovely Peaceful Stay”
We had a very memorable holiday at Villa l'Arco which is set in large gardens with it's own swimming pool. Being set in the countryside it was so peaceful yet it's really easy to access nearby towns for shops and restaurants, perfect to mix up relaxation and exploring more of the local area. I would definitely return!
