“Nothing special, average”

Reviewed 28 Jul 2016

Check in was done in advance and was great. No issues and great communication. It has a walk out to the pool and since it closed at 10 p.m., noise was not an issue. Newer carpet and was furnished with enough furniture. Close to Main Street and Park Street so walking to shops and restaurants was good. Parking was ok, usually did not have too much trouble finding a space. Items that were not so great. TV in living room 32" with a lousy replacement remote that barely worked. TV in bedroom, maybe 19". I have a bigger computer monitor at home. There is a problem with the floors in the kitchen and entry. Everything is sloping one way. The front door is not aligned properly. Kitchen is dated. Bathroom are a little better with some recent updated to bathroom shower tile and counter top. During our stay the door code to the building was changed. No notice and no communication that it was changed. Noise from the condo above us. You could hear them move chairs across the floor and muffled conversations

Response from the manager Thank you for reviewing your recent stay at Park Station 110. We appreciate your comments and are very glad that you enjoyed Park Station’s location and our check-in process. We share guest comments with each of our property owners so that they can take the necessary steps to upgrade and make improvements. We apologize that the building code was changed during your stay, but Park City Lodging, Inc. does not manage the Park Station units as a whole and was not made aware that the building codes were being changed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused to all of our guests. We do hope that you will stay with us again and allow us the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to a quality experience for all of our guests. Sincerely, Park City Lodging, Inc.

“Had the best experience”

Reviewed 30 Jul 2015

The unit was very clean and roomy. It was a very comfortable atmosphere for my family. The staff we encountered was very courteous and helpful. We had an 8 night stay and we loved the location of our room. We felt at home in such a beautiful city. The parking was a bit challenging at times, but was not a big deal.

Response from the manager Thank you for your review. We are pleased that Park Station 110 met all of your needs and you enjoyed your stay in Park City. We look forward to seeing you again in the very near future. Sincerely, Park City Lodging, Inc.

“Homey and comfortable”

Reviewed 19 Jul 2014

The room was perfect. From dishes to pillows everything was ready to use. The beds were comfortable, the pool great and of course miles of trail to explore on foot or by bicycle. Friendly staff. This was an excellent experience.

Response from the manager Park City Lodging, Inc. is very pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Park Station 110. Customer service is our number one priority as well as providing our guests with a great experience both in the property and throughout town. We look forward to assisting you with your next Park City vacation. Sincerely, Park City Lodging, Inc.

“Good location, but very tired accomodation in need of an overhau”

Reviewed 26 Feb 2014

We stayed at Park Station Condominiums for 5 nights, having stayed the previous 5 nights at the Marriot Summit Watch. The location is great, with easy access to the Town Lift and Main Street's 100 plus restaurants and bars. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and saved us $$$ on transport for a day trip in Salt Lake City. But, this is a tired building; the faux Spanish décor is out of place with Park City's vibrancy. While clean, it felt dirty, probably because of the state of the curtains that are discoloured due to the fireplace. After a day on the slopes, a shower is what I look forward to (even before a margarita at No Names Saloon and Grill). Water pressure is weak and the temperature tepid. The shower curtain is so heavy and dark it is not possible to have a shower without leaving it open. The building requires a major overhaul and will not be on my accommodation shortlist for future vacations.

Response from the manager Thank you for reviewing your stay at Park Station and for recognizing our staff. Park Station is an older property but all of our owners have made upgrades to their properties and most of our guests are very happy with their accommodations. We will have our staff review the shower curtain and test the hot water heater in the property. Most of those items are easily remedied and we appreciate your bringing them to our attention. We do hope that you will come back and stay with us again. Sincerely, Park City Lodging, Inc.

“Well located condo”

Reviewed 2 Mar 2011

We enjoyed our stay. Being within walking distance to town made the vacation even more enjoyable. Since my mother -in-law does not ski, it was fun for her to walk up and down Main Street. Wonderful to have on -site management. The forced air was loud for us,so we turned off the heat and used a space heater which did the trick!

Response from the manager Thank you for your review of your stay at Park Station 110. Guest comments are an invaluable tool as they are used to improve our customer service, provide feedback to our property owners so that they can make improvements to their rental properties and help new customers make informed choices of where to stay when they come to Park City. We are pleased that Park Station suited the needs of everyone in your party, skiers and non-skiers alike, and we hope to assist you with your lodging needs on your next trip to Park City, Utah. Sincerely, Management

“Beautiful condo, great location”

Reviewed 6 Apr 2010

We loved our condo-very nice furniture in large living room. Comfortable beds. We were able to control our own heat which we prefer because we don't like it too hot. Also there was a humidifier in the bedroom which is great for such a dry climate.Great location for walking to town and the town lift. Very helpful and pleasant receptionists and housekeeping. Large outside jacuzzi which we appreciate after skiing all day. Well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom with shower and toilet separated from sink and vanity. We had a great time and were very satisfied with our condo.

“Spring Break”

Reviewed 25 Mar 2010

The condo was conveniently located with only a two block walk to the "town lift" for the PC Resort. Ski rental is adjacent to Town Lift. Lockers and over night ski storage is located at rental business. The condo was fine, not exceptionally appointed, but clean and a reasonable value. I would stay again. I would not recommend paying substantially more for a condo directly at Town Lift. This location was good enough. The view from the condo is non-existent but i did not rent this particular condo for a view. I rented it for the location which was very good. For those of you traveling to PC for Spring Break the skiing is defeitely hit or miss dependent upon the weather. Hope this helps future travelers.
