“It's very good for what it is, but it's not luxury!”

Reviewed 6 Mar 2017

We have stayed at the Park Station for a winter ski trip for at least a dozen years. It is not a fancy place and there are some things that are annoying about it. For example, the electrical outlets in the bathrooms of every single unit we have ever rented are not very good. The holes are loose so your appliance is constantly disconnected to the electricity. This has happened in EVERY unit. I have told the mgt about it, but my complaint is ignored. Also, you get a lot of bath towels but very few hand towels or face cloths. If you ask, Park City Lodging will try to get them to you, but you better not need them right away. There is no round the clock or extended hours of housekeeping so you need to call early in the morning and hope they have not yet sent out the housekeeping staff with their pre-packaged bags of laundry. The bed is definitely not up to par with the hotel chains that advertise the great beds and a good night's sleep. The pillows are horribly flat, yet stacking them gives me a sore neck. Every unit has a mattress that is way too soft. The blankets are not enclosed by the sheets, so you can imagine how many faces (or other body parts) they have touched prior to touching yours. It's a little creepy. When the housekeeping staff makes the beds, they throw all the blankets and pillows on the floor where hundreds of feet and shoes have tramped. If you can overlook those things, then here is what you get: a good sized condo for four people that is not so fancy you are afraid that you will ruin anything! It slept 4 comfortably and there was plenty of room for our gear. This unit was decorated as well as the others we have stayed in, and seemed to have enough plates, silverware, etc. for our meals, although we only cooked breakfast there. I don't know how the supplies are for more extensive cooking. It's expensive, but you are paying for location and being right outside the bus line, not for luxury. Nonetheless, with all its drawbacks, we would consider staying there again.

“The condo was great except for no heat for the entire week.”

Reviewed 12 Jan 2017

Loved the unit except for problems with the heat. The staff was great and tried to fix the heat but we couldn't get the heat above 50 all week. I would recommend the condo development but for unit 221 make sure the heat works in January.

“Mediocre but good location”

Reviewed 6 Jan 2017

Building is dated. Strange odor throughout. Hot tub outside and inside both broke for 2 day while we were there at Christmas week (peak time of year). No maid service during stay. But location is fabulous...close to ski lift and main street restaurants and bars.

“Great staff”

Reviewed 6 Mar 2013

The staff at PCL was great. Any thing we needed was taken care of. When we got stuck in Park City due to weather we were able to make a carefree move to another condo. We liked the condo and it was perfect for two couples. Very homey and well kept. I do wish the condo had washer and dryer. Location is great - right on the bus line with many buses going by on a very frequent basis.

Response from the manager Thank you very much for your review and for recognizing our great staff. Customer Service is our number one priority and it was our pleasure to have you as a guest. Please come back and stay with us again! Sincerely, Park City Lodging, Inc.

“Excellent Service from Front desk”

Reviewed 1 Mar 2012

Excellent location from Town Lift;Front desk was very helpful moving us from first unit which was unacceptable. New unit was excellent and quiet.

Response from the manager Thank you for writing a review of your stay at Park Station 221. We are pleased that we were able to find a property that met your needs and that you enjoyed your stay with Park City Lodigng, Inc. Please come back soon. Sincerely, Park City Lodging, Inc.

“Great location and condo.”

Reviewed 25 Feb 2010

Location is great, only 100 feet to main street, and not much further to the town lift at park city mountain. Condo was fine, having everything we needed (including an indoor and outdoor hot tub). Check-in and out process very simple. would recommend to others.
