I booked this villa through Orlando Vacatios. I have been vacationing in Orlando for over thirty years and have stayed at budget friendly motels and high end hotels. This was the first time I tried a villa. My primary reason for wanting to try the villa was for the private pool. I love to hang out in the pool, but often do not when staying at hotels because they are usually very crowded. Prior to booking the villa I read as many reviews as I could find. Many of the reviews expressed conflicting opinions and I wasn't really able to make a decision based on them, with that said, my experience was mostly positive. The reservation process was more complicated than it is to book a hotel, but not so much so that it was an issue. I received all communications and emails as promised. I received the entry code prior to arrival and the instructions were very clear. I arrived at the villa at 5:00 pm and used the code to enter with no problems. The villa was located in a very nice neighborhood within a few minutes drive from all the attractions! The villa was clean and appeared exactly as was pictured on the website. I would almost go as far as to say it was perfect. There was a large flat screen tv in the living room. The tv in the master was small and should be replaced. Flat screens are so cheap today I was surprised to see an old tv like that. This is a rental. It is not a five star hotel. If you are expecting five star accommodations you will be disappointed. If you understand the you are staying in a rental property you should be very happy. I hand no issues what so ever with the villa itself but did have a problem with the pool. I was told that I would not not pool heat as I was staying in Apeil and it should be hot. When I arrived however, the water in the pool was a brisk 65f. I asked to have the pool heat turned on but it takes two days to heat a pool, so I was not able to use the pool on the first or second days of my stay. By the third day, the water in the pool was 84f and beautiful!! On the fifth day the pool heater malfunctioned. By the time I was able to resolve the issue my trip was over. The management company was polite and refunded my money. But the whole reason for renting the villa was for the pool, during a 9 day vacation I was only able to use the pool for 3 days! Huge dissapiintment !!!!
I don't always take the time to write reviews but when we were searching for a home away from home, I realized the importance that other peoples experiences had to help me while making inquiries. Eagle Managment was extremely helpful and professional. We could not have felt more secure in dealing with them. The villa was lovely and quite big. We so please when we first saw it. It was very clean. The only thing that was missing was dish towels and dish cloths to wash dishes. There also wasn't enough bath towels, but we made due. The TV set are old and outdated but when on vacation, who needs big Tv's. Other then those little things, we were very happy with everything and would stay here or with Eagle Managment again!

Upon arrival we found a few things that needed attention and Eagle Management responded promptly. The pool is on the north side of home and therefore in the shade. The pool/hot tub heater did not work properly and could not warm the water. A repairman came out and worked on it and adjusted it to run 24/7 and still not useable. Suggest the owner update the heater equipment like so many others in the area. Also, if you like to watch TV there is not a big screen HD in the house...old 30-32 box. The living room lacked a easy chair to recline in, only two sofas. Could also use ceiling fans to move air around when heat/ac not running and the beds are not very comfortable(for us anyway). If a family is wanting to hit the theme parks during the stay this home is very convenient...just minutes to all parks. Not many other things to do in the immediate area...be prepared to drive .We would not stay in this home again...would consider Rent a Villa/Eagle Management but not this home.

The home was very accommodating and spacious and convenient to Disney the interior was clean and well kept. We were satisfied with the home and the neighborhood. On the other hand, we felt for the price we paid that there should have been better amenities such as soap, the ones provided were so small that they looked like little packs of mints. There were no wash cloths provided and only a few towels in each bath. We obviously did not read all the fine print at the beginning of our reservation process which seemed a little TMI in all the paper work on the internet. Most fine hotels provide these essentials on a daily basis and the booking process is much easier with just a credit card. While we make it a priority to respect other peoples property and clean up after our stay, we know that there are others who do just the opposite. We did have a relaxing time there even with these small inconveniences.

Our vacation rentals are self-catered which means we only provide the initial toilet paper roll and the little hand soaps and the guest is responsible of providing their own toiletries and cleaning supplies during their stay. Unlike hotels we are not able to provide wash cloths or extra toiletries.

This house was extremely spacious for our family. The decor made us feel at comfortable. The neighbor hood was superb, not far from a grocery store, nor Disney world. Fully furnished kitchen and ample linen was helpful in our packing and simplified out stay. Felt very comfortable in a home setting getaway vacation destination. Should I return to Florida, I would request this house again. Thank you Eagle Management and Vrbo for opening your home and making me and my family feel just that, at home.
Response from the manager Thank you for your comments, and you are correct. Renting a vacation rental is 100% better than staying in a cramped hotel room and a much better value.
Weekend stay with the family for Halloween. Comfortable, clean, affordable, friendly. In a nut shell we had a great time. Thank you Eagle Management for making our weekend vacation a success.

The mattresses had to have been at least 30 years old. We could feel the springs when we laid down. This is a home with a pool, but the whole house only had 2 towels per bathroom for a 3-night stay. The home also has a hot tub, but you have to pay extra for it to actually be hot (when given the option for pool heat, the hot tub is part of that). This was an unpleasant surprise. Other than that, the home was very nice and clean and in a convenient location.
Response from the manager Thank you for your feedback, these homes were built in 2006 so the mattress cannot be 30 years old but that does not mean it feels like a 30 year old mattress to some. We have noted this and advised the owners. Thanks
“Very nice and well appointed home, great pool!”
We had a great time. House was large and clean. The pool and deck area was wonderful, and so nice to be able to jump in after a long day at the parks. Appliances were first rate, kitchen even had a garbage disposal! We did note that the DVD player didn't work, but we were so busy it didn't matter to us. We couldn't figure out how to get the garage door opened, and it would have been nice to park the car inside to keep it cool. I know we could have called the management office to report this, but it just wasn't necessary, as we were having a great time regardless. Our arrival flight was 13 hours late and I was worried about checking in so late. I called the management office and they assured me all would be okay, provided the lock box code and directions by email. Management staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. We would love to visit again.

I was a little leery whith the very low price and was extremely surprised at how great the house we rented was. The entire experience from booking online to making my deposit ad final payments were so easy. They also offer an app that has all the information you could possible move. We will definitely be using Orlando Vacation homes again and have already recommended them to our friends.
