“Not worth the money”

We stayed at 10 Whistling Swan August 9 - 16, 2014. Although it has a great proximity to the beach the rental itself is in need of a major overhaul. We needed to have maintenance fix a sink in the master bathroom, change and clean the HVAC filter and vent on the main level, fix the front door lock and power wash all of the outdoor furniture because it was filthy. It just wasn't up to other properties we've rented in the past. I think the scariest of all the isusses is that there is only one smoke detector in the entire home! Not to mention the kitchen sunk faucet also broke (literally fell out of the fixture) as well. Wyndham Vacation rentals did the best they could to rectify the issues and were responsive to all the problems. I could not recommend this property to anyone.
