“Wonderful Place”

Reviewed 14 May 2017

Very nice, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of games and space for the while family and all age groups. Loved our stay and will definitely book again.

“Awesome! Incredible! Wonderful!”

Reviewed 30 Oct 2011

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very well appointed with almost everything we could ask for. The beds, OMG, were the most comfortable ever. The private baths and flat screens in each bedroom room are great for couples and privacy. The large kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare our gourmet meals. It is more than obvious that the owners try to think of every detail to make this home a wonderful stay. There were only a few of concerns that hardly overshadowed all of the great things about Blessed Nest. One was the view. The location of the cabin does not allow for the great view of cabins located higher up the mountain. Therefore there is little privacy on the deck since cars are driving on the road visible from the hot tub. Dvds do not play through the surround sound Blue Ray player. This is an easy fix if renters are notified ahead of time to bring Blue Rays instead of Dvds. The corner of the rug in the great room presents a tripping hazard and the fire place makes a loud knocking noise. Also, the batteries in the Wii remotes were dead. Finally, the towels were hard, something a little fabric softener in the wash could correct. Again, overall our stay at Blessed Nest was incredible. The few issues that we had were minor compared to all of the great things about Blessed Nest.

“Happy, but could be better.”

The cabin clean, classy and the amenities were definitely adequate. Your competitors offer more towels and washrags to cover the length of your stay. Also, feel we would have been better served at timber tops with three nights, pay for two and no additional cleaning fee, and a comparable cabin and better view. Staff was very helpful.

“Wonderful place to stay!”

Reviewed 2 Oct 2011

The service was great and the cabin was more than we expected. Having never been to the area, it was still easy to find and most had everything that we needed. We had 2 teens, 2 smaller children and 2 sets of grandparents staying with us and everyone was very pleased with the cabin. The romantic master suite that was separated from the other bedrooms and each bedroom having its own full bath were just a couple of the things that made this one stand out for us. The only complaint I have for our stay here was that the cookware that was provided wasn't large enough to cook for 10 people. A larger skillet and at least one large pot would have made it perfect.

“A beautiful, clean cabin with all the luxuries”

Reviewed 1 Sep 2011

Our check in was very pleasant, Tabrina was efficient and gracious. The directions were excellent to the cabin, which was in a gated community. Blessed Nest was very clean, no bugs, and very nicely furnished and equipped. The pool had a great setting with the rock waterfalls and mini golf course. 4 king size beds with 32" t.v. in each room, 4 1/2 baths made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend and definetly will return. Thanks for a great vacation!

“Truly a Blessed Nest”

We were so pleased with everything. From the decor to the view. We had 11 people and fit very comfortable. Loved, loved this house.

“Our Memorable Memorial Weekend Vacation Weekend”

Reviewed 19 Jun 2011

My family and I stayed at Blessed Nest and we were stunned at how gorgeous and well-taken care of. Each bedroom we entered was nicer than the one before and it felt like be at home. We will be back and look forward to our next visit.

“Nice but not Insulated - Little Over Priced”

Reviewed 17 Jun 2011

The home itself was beautiful. The furnishings gorgeous. It wasn't insulated well at all. The thermostat was 'owner' locked at 72. Hot hot hot. Plus, every movement made was heard loudly thoughout the home. We took a room in the basement which was cooler that the main or top floor. Although, it was difficult to sleep if anyone moved above you. Overall - gorgeous but over priced. Although, please let me note that everything in the Smokeys is overpriced. Would definetly use Eden crest again.

“Comfortable Surroundings!”

Reviewed 15 Jun 2011

Four couples shared this beautiful log home which was very clean, comfortable, and easy to travel to and from Pigeon Fork to. We all would strongly recommend this home to stay in.

We enjoyed our stay with no major problems. I was very disappointed that only a starting supply of paper supplies were given. I understand this if the stay is only two to three days, but we stayed eight nights. We ran out of coffee, tolet tissue, paper towels and there was no facial tissue. I have never stayed in any cabin that didn't supply facial tissue. I feel that this is considered a luxury cabin, with a premium price and these items should be included according to the lenght of stay. A cabin with all the bells and whistles should provide for their guest comfort. I'm sure that in future I can find a location that will provide these items and probably at a lower cost.
