We have once again been awarded Trip Advisor certificate of excellence in 2019 - 3rd year running.
Welcome to Villa Linton, a tastefully decorated & beautifully co-ordinated home, which has themed children's bedrooms.
On the ground floor, we have a TV lounge with Large Cable TV & DVD player (selection of films provided), Xbox 360 (selection of games provided) formal dining area, Kitchen fully equipped with Fridge/Freezer with ice maker, stove, microwave & dishwasher and 2nd lounge area. We have two sets of sliding doors* leading out to the lanai (covered patio) and pool area.Also on the ground floor is the second suite comprising of a queen bed, Cable TV/DVD Combi and en suite bathroom. A utility room with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board and the garage has been converted to a games room with Foosball table, Air Hockey table, electronic basketball game and TV/DVD (not connected for TV) with PlayStation 2 and selection of games.
The first floor has the Master Suite - King size bed, Cable TV & DVD Player, walk in closet and en suite bathroom with twin vanity sinks. The 3 remaining bedrooms are 1 Queen room and 1 full bunk bed (UK double) and 1 twin and share the house bathroom. The bedrooms are themed with children in mind, Mickey & Minnie, Winnie the Pooh and Scooby Doo with a unique Mystery Machine bed and giant Scooby Doo.

“Perfect Villa for 3 families.”
Located just off the 192 road in Kisimee, Orlando approx 30 minutes from Disney Parcs. Excellent villa with separate seating areas which was really good for kids on their iPads allowing adults to watch tv. House was well equipped and spacious. Pool was lovely and warm ( we did pay extra for heating) and Jacuzzi very relaxing. Everything we needed from a holiday home.

Response from the owner I'm sorry you feel you have to write a review like this as our home was cleaned before your arrival. Our management company came down to the house at your request and after warning you that you would be removed from the house if you continued to be verbally abusive, they did not clean the house as you claim as it did not need cleaning. With regard to the bathroom, the part needed to repair the toilet had to be ordered and was fitted the next day when it arrived. Unfortunately if a part is not available we can't repair something immediately. We did send you the information regarding parking and they don't issue a fine unless you have been parked for quite some time. We have 29 out of 30 excellent reviews, so I will leave it up to anyone reading your review to make up their own mind.
