With modern décor and beautifully equipped, this beachfront apartment is everything you could need for the perfect Caribbean vacation. The main bedroom has its own bathroom and queen size bed and TV. Second and third bedrooms have two twin size beds. All the bedrooms have their own air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful and comfortable living room with TV.

Enjoy the view of the changing colours of the Caribbean sea on the unique 200sqf balcony terrace where you can have breakfast or a romantic dinner. The condo has beautiful ocean front views.

Area Description:

Stanza Mare is a beachfront condo community located on one of the top 10 Caribbean beaches. Take a swim in the most beautiful stretch of Punta Cana/Bavaro Beach and then relax at the Stanza Mare pool.

Quieter than resorts or hotels, your apartment will quickly become your home for the week. The beach, grounds, buildings and pool are well kept and clean. The beach is never out of sight and located only steps away from the apartment. The area is full of vibrant life with activities to suit everyone.

Water activities include parasailing, snorkelling, scuba diving, kite flying, fishing, and boating. For the golfer, there are a number of world-class golf courses in the area to choose from. Grand varieties of beachfront restaurants are just a short walk away. Also located close by is a sports bar, bakery, pharmacy, and several mini-grocery stores, all within walking distance. A short drive away is the Palma Real Village Mall, which boasts cinemas, the Hard Rock Cafe, and a host of other stores. Casinos, nightclubs, and an ecological reserve are also a short drive away.

We are located 20 minutes from the international Punta Cana airport. 

Check in is after 03:00 pm and check-out are at 12:00 pm

How do damage deposits work?
