Cute two-bedroom summer cottage with screened/glassed porch. Waterfront with private beach on Herring Pond. There is one bedroom with a Queen and another bedroom with two twins ~ both on the main floor. Bath with shower only. Living room with A/C unit and TV with expanded cable. Herring Pond allows up to 14 ft. NON-motor boat. Deck has seating for four and views over the pond. This is one cottage of three on the property. Homeowner / Caretaker resides in one cottage with a Golden Retriever when in residence NO Pets Accepted.

“Couldn't bare to leave”
Incredible porch, beautiful sunsets, great deck and always a cool breeze coming from pond. Excellent central location and nice neighbours and just awesome overall...
