Very Good

“Close to the beach and easy to find”

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean and what we found followed the description on the website and in the rental agreement. It was nice to have starter supplies of the paper goods and cleaning supplies. Parking for a two car group would be a problem in more prime time.

“Small surprise”

We rented this condo for my daughter, her husband, and two children, when they accompanied us on a vacation to Cape May. When we walked into the condo at the complex, the first thing we found was a dead mouse in the bath tub. According to the rental office, no one had been in the condo for a long time. The floor in the living room/kitchen was filthy, and we wiped it down several times. We'd suggest that a person check each rental prior to the arrival of the renters to prevent any additional "discoveries" in the bath tub or in the area of cleanliness.

Response from the manager We did receive a phone call from the tenant as soon as they checked in. The unit had been rented over the Memorial Day Weekend with the tenant checking out on May 27th, this tenant checked in on June 1st. The property was checked after the tenant left on the 27th, but was not checked again prior to the June 1st rental. We did offer for the property manager to come by to take care of things, however the tenant had already handled the issues on their own and just wanted to make sure that we conveyed to the owner her dissatisfaction, which we did.

“Oh, no!!”

The Broadway Beach Condos are nothing more than a converted motel. Sure, they're across from the beach, but that's where the romance ends! The walls are paper thin, the pool is located right outside one of the bedroom windows... Which means that my two grandkids were woken up each night while the low-life's that were renting one of the other units partied in the pool until the wee hours of the morning. The condos are located way down at the end of town, meaning its a real hike to any of the restaurants or the Washington St Mall. The pool on-site was a nice perk, but the noise and the type of people who were renting some of the other units was not something I'd want to deal with again.
