“Lovely condo ruined by pigeons.”

Reviewed 10 Oct 2013

Condo #503 is a lovely condo that we have rented several times over the years. Furniture and carpeting have been upgraded and the view is great. Being on the third floor has its disadvantages, there are 2 long staircases to climb. Though it sleeps 6, there are only 4 chairs at the small dining table. This year was disappointing because of the amount of pigeons that decided to roost in between the 500-600 section of condos. The landscapers came out each morning to wash away the fecal matter from the walkways, but couldn't reach the short roofs where the pigeons actually roost. Many of those condo owners have put strings across the front of their decks, sticky stuff on their railings, and stuffed owls out in an attempt to scare off the pigeons. It's not working.
