Beautiful restored 17th century french farmhouse in idyllic location
.
Swimming pool which is shared + games barn with snooker table, table tennis film and book library
Bikes for all ages free of charge
+ dogs welcome.
+ English TV channels.
Disneyland +Paris only 1hr by train or 2hrs by car.
Nr to Le Mans 24hr race circuit
5mins to all amenities as restaurants and 15min to le mans and a stunning plantagenate city
all linen included except towels which can be hired at 5 euros.
The bedrooms are as follows:-
No1 bedroom has 1 double bed and1 single bed
No2 bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed
No 3 bedroom is another room with a sofa bed
Therefore the gite is classed as a 3 bedroom gite.
There are 2 double beds and 1 single with the property fully equipped. There is also a sofabed in the second lounge.

Rental is Saturday to Saturday £100 to secure booking. On arrival a deposit of 80 euros is payable on departure a cleaning charge of 50 euros is deducted from the deposit.
Dogs welcome a small extra charge of 30 euros payable on arrival.
Towels. Can be hired at 5 euros per person.

The interior of the gite has been totally restored . It was the farmhouse of a 17th century farm and retains all its original beams and charm. There is English tv and also French tv. The gite is fully equipped with all mod cons including washing machine and dishwasher.There are 3 terraces for out door eating and a separate games barn with full size pool table and table tennis.
WIFI available at local bar free of charge just 5 mins away.
