At Mariner Pointe there are 100 residences nestled in this beautiful setting facing the San Carolos Bay. Property features a fishing pier, a boat canal and boat dockage (additional fee), 2 heated pools, 2 tennis courts, and BBQ area. Choose between a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom floor plan.

Unit #231

Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (approximately 1130 sq. ft. living space) ground level bay front residence. The opened kitchen/living room/dining room floor plan is tiled throughout with an extended sunroom that looks out to the crystal bay waters and fishing pier. Decorated in soothing creams and beiges the living room features a sleeper sofa, remote TV, DVD player, and stereo. The master bedroom has a king size bed, remote TV, and a private bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and is decorated in white wicker furnishings, blues and grays for a true nautical feel. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. PLEASE NOTE: the fishing license that Mariner Pointe has for residents and tenants is only good on the fishing pier. A tenant could be fined if

fishing on the boardwalk or in the canal. Boat docks and storage for kayaks can be arranged at the on-site office for an additional fee.

PROHIBITED: Recreational Vehicles (campers), Boat Trailers, Trucks (commercial four-wheel pick-ups), Mopeds, Motor Scooters, Motorcycles, Roller Blades & Skateboards. Jet skis are also not permitted on the premises.

We are sorry you expected condiments, but the State Law does not allow us to keep salt and pepper in the units. Perhaps other rental agents are not aware of this.
