New for 2024: New roof. New furniture in the screen porch. New shower/tub combo in the mid-level hall full bathroom. Complete renovation of the mid-level queen master bathroom. All mid-level bedrooms and laundry room repainted. Complete renovation of the ground-level hall full bathroom.

North View welcomes you! Enjoy expansive ocean views from the entire main floor area including the master bedroom and east-facing decks. Located on the quiet north end of Sandbridge just a short walk to the beach access and the local market.  North View is a well-maintained gem with many updates including luxury vinyl tile throughout - New for 2024 will be 2 complete bathroom renovations!  The new modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals while enjoying the views. Seating is available around the kitchen island, large family table plus the deck and fully screened porch off the kitchen. Make memories around the large private pool, poolside cabana with full-size refrigerator, bar seating, LCD TV, cabana half bath, and poolside deck. There is plenty of room for the entire family to hang out at the pool together and play in the large grassy fenced in backyard. Enjoy easy access to the pool from the wrap-around deck with access to the mid-level bedrooms. After a day in the sun, cool off in the outdoor shower, boasting hot and cold water. You will find privacy and plenty of space to relax with five large bedrooms and the open and airy top-level main living space. The ground-level rec room has a pool table, wall-mounted Smart TV, and convertible furniture for additional seating or sleeping. A minute's drive to the local market or rent bikes or a golf cart and ride wherever you wish for a quick meal, souvenir shopping, or just coffee and a newspaper!

Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 12, 2024, and May 2, 2025 until October 11, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.

All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
