A large luxury 3 bedroom/2 bathroom ground floor apartment in a quiet green area of the resort with a well-maintained patio and close to the nearby pine tree forest. Located 5 mins walk to the golf clubhouse and restaurant and 10 mins to the 5* Marriott hotel and spa with an unspoiled sandy beach. 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. It has 42' plasma TV and audio system for your entertainment. The apartment is luxurious and well equipped with an excellent sunshine position and access to the communal pool.

Praia d'el Rey has been voted 'Europe's Leading Golf and Leisure Resort' by the World Travel Awards in 2009 and was ranked #13 of Top 100 European golf courses by the Golf World. It's one of Portugal's most exclusive resorts with superb beaches, beautiful countryside, world class golf course and luxury facilities located just one hour from Lisbon airport and only 10 minutes away from the medieval town of Obidos (UNESCO World Heritage site).

Management office standard working hours: Please note that the standard working hours of the management office where guests are taking and leaving keys from the property are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and Saturday, 9am to 1pm and 3pm to 6pm, and keys handover outside of the standard hours will cost extra 50€.
