Our Guest safety and comfort is of utmost importance to us and we understand that we must all adapt and accommodate. To help, we have implemented extra cleaning procedures for every turnover including disinfection of all commonly handled surfaces and we have instituted additional protective maintenance protocols with our entire staff. UPDATED LOCAL CONDITIONS: All public beaches, beach parking, beach restrooms, and condominium pools are open with no use restrictions. However, CDC Social Distancing Guidelines are being enforced. Please be prepared to manage your space between your group and others.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in this spacious and newly furnished two bedroom condo. Plenty of space for the whole group, with two private balconies, upgraded TV's and furniture, a full-service Spa in the building, fitness room, heated pool, and overlooking a beautifully kept marina.

Able to sleep six very comfortably, the master bedroom features a new king size bed, private bathroom, and direct access to the main balcony. The second bedroom is also furnished with a new king size bed and also includes its own private balcony. In the living room, you'll find a new queen sleep sofa, and upgraded flat screen with DVD. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances, cookware, dishes, and cooking and eating utensils you'll need. There's free high-speed WiFi internet service in the condo, cable TV, full size Washer and Dryer and local phone. Stay for a few days, a week, or a month - it's set up for it all.

Walk out the resort door, and you're less than a minutes' walk from the beautiful sands of Madeira Beach. The Gulf of Mexico is warm and calm, and is the perfect spot for a family to enjoy or for just relaxing and soaking in the sun. Just a few minutes down the beach, you can walk over to John's Pass Village, with dozens of shops, restaurants, and activities.

Response from the manager We're so sorry there was some underground city construction repair work going on near the building during this Guest's stay. We obviously wouldn't have any control over the timing of the work, but as soon as this Guest let us know, we did offer to move them to an alternative building for the remainder of their stay. They let us know that they had already rebooked, so wouldn't need the change. We will make sure to check the AC system immediately to be sure it is cooling correctly.

How do damage deposits work?
