Description

Beautiful 300y old stone 'Bergerie', lovingly refurbished to create a relaxing family home. This detached house is situated within private grounds of over 5000sqm, just outside a picturesque hilltop village but only 1 km from a supermarket. The house retains it's caracter with an open fire place, Terracota and Tomette floors, old wood beams and thick walls. Downstairs consists of a spacious entrance hall, a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room with 2 sets of french doors opening on to the outside dining terrace and a sitting room with fireplace, T.V, DVD, MP3 dock, & cd player books, toys and games, which also has doors leading out to a lovely spacious covered terrace. There is a cloakroom and an office area with telephone and broadband access.

All 4 bedrooms (one twin, three doubles) are on the 1st floor as well as 2 bathrooms and 1 separate WC.

The stunning private swimming pool with Roman steps is located away from the house and is accessed via some stone steps leading throught the garden. The pool house has a shower (with hot water!), w/c, fridge, sink, BBQ and terrace. Electric gates give you access to the grounds. Ample parking.

Our great House Managers will have the house fully prepared for your arrival. The beds will be made up with freshly laundered crisp linen, the towels will be laid out as well as pool towels in the summer months. They will meet you on site personally to let you in and show you around. Happy Holidays!

The house is ideal for families with ample space for children to roam and explore within the grounds. All the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. The layout works well for families with various generations and also for groups of adults. All mod cons have been fitted to make your stay more comfortable. Bed & bath linen is provided. Pool towels are provided. Cleaning and personal check-in/out by our House Manager is included. There is a pool house with a summer kitchen, BBQ, fridge, shower and WC. Ample sun loungers, chairs, tables and parasols are located by the pool for your comfort. The pool is 10 by 5 metres, has Roman steps for easy access and is fitted with a safety alarm as requires under French Law. The garden is well stocked and is looked after by our Gardener who visits on a regular basis. The elderly or infirm must be aware that there are a few steps within the house (to go into the kitchen and dining room and upstairs on the first floor there are more steps for example) and steps also lead down to the pool area.Location villa a Bagnols-en-Foret : A 2 km de Bagnols en Foret, dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, belle ancienne Bergerie en Piere, située sur un beau terrain de 5000m². The large gardens are great for children to roam and play. There are both sunny and shady areas. Lots of trees and plants.

A large shady covered terreace is located just off the sitting room with seating. Perfect for reading, playing games, having an aperitif, or just chilling away from the sun.

The pool is located down a few steps, slightly away from the house and has a pool house with a summer kitchen, BBQ, fridge, shower and WC. Ample sun loungers, chairs, tables and parasols are located by the pool for your comfort.
The pool is 10 by 5 metres, has Roman steps for easy access and is fitted with a safety alarm as requires under French Law.
There is parking space for upto 4 cars.
The automatic gates are operated with a beeper.

Our House Manager will meet you at the property and check you in, show you the around and then leave you to relax. They will check you out at your departure and collect the keys.
