Description

Pause at the sand in this beautiful, sunny, Oceanside Outer Banks vacation home filled with amenities galore. Well suited for families with children. Comes complete with volleyball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, basketball hoop, private pool, separate kiddie pool, Hot Tub poolside and plenty of TVs included a flat screen TV in the Great Room. Cook on the charcoal grill and enjoy a meal under the outdoor cabana. Comes with high chair, crib, baby gates and pack-n-play. Relax and enjoy the ocean views from the top deck. Plus it wouldn’t be named “Sandy Pause” if dogs weren’t invited, too! Located on a corner lot, with an easy walk to the beach!

Level 1: Bedroom (Duobunk and Queen) with TV; Bedroom (2 Fulls) with ceiling mounted TV; Jack and Jill full bath connecting bedrooms; Rec room with pool table, wet bar with refrigerator, and TV, DVD/VCR; full bath.

Level 2: Master Bedroom (King) with TV & deck access; Master Bedroom (King) with TV and deck access; Bedroom (Full) with TV; Bedroom (Full) with TV; full bath in hall; washer and dryer.

Level 3: Bright sunny great room with lots of windows, flat screen TV DVD/VCR, wood burning fireplace; dining area to seat up to 8; open, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, icemaker and breakfast bar with seating up to 6; sunroom with table seating up to 4; half bath.

“Fun for entire family with swimming pool,pool table, shuffle boa”

We have stayed at Sandy Pause for 4 years. It is great for our families with teenagers and adults. Plenty to do. Elan is best agency we have worked with in over 30 years of family beach trips. The closeness to the grocery store is a big plus as well.
