Great quiet place to stay. Very gorgeous grounds, good private access to beach embedded in a nice community

“Great Spot”

Nice getaway from Wisconsin winter. Realtor very professional, place large and clean, right on the beach at Marco Island. Had my wife and 3 teenage children along. Would go back.

“Family Spring Break”

Reviewed 11 Sep 2010

The whole condo and grounds exceded our expectations. We felt right at home in this condo (SOM 609.) The kitchen was fully stocked with every type of utensil you would need. Before heading for groceries, check to see what was left at the condo as far as dish saop, laundry det. etc etc. When we got there, there were things left from the previous renters. All dishes, pots and pans are there- they even have some fun Margarita glasses! There were movies and books to borrow and extremely comfy furniture. At night, we opened our bedroom sliding doors to the balcany and fell asleep listening to the waves of the ocean. I can't even imagine a better location on the beach. Speaking of the beach- the beach area is huge. We were in Naples the year before, and the beach on Marco is 3 times as big. Tons of shells though so bring your beach shoes. It was hard to walk any distance on the sand because of all the shells. Not the powdery white stuff like in Naples, Fl. But that leaves for lots of shell hunting. The 2 pools here are also great. The condominium building itself is very well kept and if you hang towels over the balcany to dry, secrurity will call you to take them down them down. (Whoops) So don't do it! Also, in this SOM 609 there were beach toys there already including boogy boards. So again, check first before you run out and buy stuff. One more note- The kitchen doesn't have granite counter tops or stainless appliances as some of the other condos in the building and the bath rooms aren't newly remodeled but so what. It is clean, nicely decorated and and very comfortable for the family. We felt at home instantly and hated to leave. We look forward to our next visit. Enjoy!
