Description

The villa has been recently renovated to a very high standard and is divided into two separate floors. The furnishings are in keeping with Tuscan tradition including some antique pieces and modern comforts of satellite tv and internet access have been added. Each floor has a large living room with inviting sitting area, cosy fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, and there are also three comfortable bedrooms and shower rooms (3 on the ground floor and two on the first) In addition there are also two lovely annex buildings which also form part of the accommodation, one, next door to the villa can accommodate a single person (or two children), the other, by the pool, is on two levels and can accommodate up to 4 persons, each annex also has its own kitchen/dining area, bedroom and shower room and are very prettily furnished in the same country style of the villa. Surrounding the villa are spacious gardens with lawns, where there is a large private swimming pool (16m x 8m) enjoying a beautiful view of the countryside and the wooded hills. Close to the house is a communal annex which consists of a living room with sofa and armchairs, satellite television and Wi Fi internet connection and a dining room with fully equipped kitchen with tables and chairs. Outside the annex there is also a covered terrace with barbecue and pizza oven, perfect for preparing meals and dining al fresco together. The estate has marked wood trails, perfect for a leisurely walk and there is also a tennis court and fishing lake. Also on the estate is a lovely beauty farm with indoor swimming pool (payable locally). Parking is in the grounds. The picturesque towns of Poppi and Bibbiena with shops and restaurants are close by and Florence and Arezzo are within an hour's drive. Note: the two apartments each have their own entrance and are not interconnected. How do damage deposits work?
