Description

The villa is spread over two floors, and on one side is adjacent to the farmhouse, is very stylishly furnished with parquet floors and a wonderfully sophisticated and bright atmosphere. Outdoor steps (18 steps) lead to the main part on the first floor and a porch . The first floor consists of a large fully equipped modern kitchen with a redbrick arch separating it from the spacious dining area with table and chairs and chandelier. On the left of the dining area there is the living room with a settee and armchairs and a stone fireplace in the corner and flat screen TV Sat. Three lovely bright double bedrooms two with a four poster bed, all three bedrooms have a ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom with shower, one of which has a Jacuzzi. In one of the bedrooms if necessary it is possible to add an extra single bed.

On the ground floor around the side of the main steps is the entrance to the fourth double bedroom, as you walk into the room you have to go down one step. It has an ensuite bathroom with shower, a four poster bed, and a small electric fan. if necessary it is possible to add an extra single bed. Next door to the bedroom is a fully equipped laundry room.

This lovely Villa is surrounded by its beautifully kept garden, at the front of the house is a table and chairs perfect for dining outside under the pergola whilst enjoying the breathtaking panorama. Around the back of the house, surrounded by a lovely green lawn is the swimming pool (12m x 6m) with sun beds and deckchairs to relax in and parasols to provide some shade when the sun is too hot and an outdoor shower .

Villa Four seasons is immersed in the Tuscan countryside of Val D’Orcia , which has been recognized as a World Heritage by UNESCO. Opposite the Medieval castle of Spedaletto , you take a short untarred road leading to some other Country houses and further along to Villa Four Seasons . In its surrounding fields reigns the beauty. On occasions one can hear the singing of birds, sounds of other country animals and agricultural machinery at workin the distance. It is not far from the Tuscan towns of San Quirico D’Orcia, Monticchiello, Pienza famous for its “Pecorino” cheese, Montalcino for its red wine and Bagno Vignoni known for its Thermal Baths. Villa Four Seasons is a great base for exploring the area, relaxing and tasting the local delicacies.
