Description

The villa, which is on three floors, is prettily furnished in fresh Mediterranean style with some antique pieces creating an inviting atmosphere. The ground floor of the villa consists of a large living room with comfortable sitting area with settees, lovely stone fireplace, dining area with table and chairs and arched patio doors opening onto the garden. Also on this floor is a fully equipped kitchen, which opens directly onto the villas large terrace. Villa Minerva has five pretty bedrooms, two on the first floor, two on the second mansard floor and one with external access on the ground floor at terrace level. All the bedrooms have en suite shower rooms with shower cubicle, basin and w.c, air conditioning/heating, satellite television, and beautiful sea or garden views. Just off the villas terrace there is also a handy separate bathroom with washbasin and two separate toilets, and a laundry room with washing machine and iron. The terrace of the villa is a real highlight and perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. Over 200 sqm large it is partially shaded by a porch and equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers, built in barbecue and enjoys unforgettable sea views and glimpses of the town of Amalfi below. Wonderful panoramas of the azure sea and even Ravello across the valley can also be enjoyed from the villas large beautifully maintained garden which has a lovely private swimming pool. Ancient archways and stone walls have been left intact within the grounds of the villa depicting the historic origins of this location. Excellently located within a pedestrian area, Villa Minerva is within walking distance (300m) of the characteristic town of Scala, with its’ shops, restaurants and local bus service. Public parking is available along nearby town streets from which the villa is reached via a footpath including approx 90 steps. There are many sights to explore in the area. Ravello is just 3km away and gorgeous Amalfi only 10 minutes drive. Positano and Sorrento are within an hours’ drive. How do damage deposits work?
