“Casa perfetta ma x 4 pesone”

Reviewed 3 Nov 2016

Ottima casa con tutte le comodità ottima posizione ma per 4 persone non per 5 divano letto troppo sconodo e un bagno non ha la doccia

“Great accomodation; great neighbourhood”

Reviewed 25 Oct 2016

Very well appointed. Comfy beds. Convenient location near bus route. Excellent diner for breakfast on the corner; also nearby restaurants. Some confusion with the address as the building is actually no.14!

Response from the manager Hi Sally, Glad to hear you were able to find the place! It is a bit tricky since the number is actually 14-16. Please come back next time you're in town, we'd love the opportunity to host you again. Best, Scott

“Failed on Customer Care”

Reviewed 10 Oct 2014

Arrived after flight from UK, late in the evening. As we approached the apartment door sounds coming from within. Opened door to find apartment looked as though previous occupier had just left. TV on, dishes in sink, trash bins overflowing, beds as when last used, escape door unlocked. Tried to get hold of management company but UK mobiles did not appear to wish to communicate with US mobiles. Having arranged for someone to come and pick us up from an hour away we managed to use an adjioning tenants mobile and left a message with the management. Subsequently management phoned back and we were relocated to another apartment. Went back the following day but care not taken on making sure that the flat was up together. .

“Great Location”

Reviewed 24 Sep 2014

This place is close to the T line into Boston, it was comfortable but needs some TLC. Kitchen is wonderful but main bathroom needs to renovated. Bedrooms are big enough but set up isn't convenient. It had lots & lots of stairs and access was past the garbage area which was very smelly!

“It was better than anticipated, clean modern kitchen, quiet, roomy”

Reviewed 20 Nov 2013

It was better than we had anticipated, quiet, clean, roomy (loved having the other half bathroom) modern terrific kitchen w/ all necessary equipment and little extras...shower great...lots of hot water good pressure...we just had a great stay.. One thing though ...you need a light when you come home at night to go up stairs to see lock...loved the fact it was a combination not a key...also when we needed help by text someone was always available...Internet worked well as did tv...get the parking space it is worth it, thank you!!

“Good Location”

Reviewed 14 Nov 2013

The location was good for us, it was late fall and we did not suffer any heat, it might get a bit too hot during summer though. The apartment was clean and very functional we also got a baby crib which resulted very usegul indeed as we were travelling with kids and one baby girl aged 1 year. Two spots, light in the alley was broken and that made quite dangerous use of the side stairs entrance plus the sinkerator in the kitchen did not work. Apart from that I would reccomend it, neighborhood is quiet and full of restaurants, it is walkable distance from PRU and newbury and all the back bay area.

“cute apartment not a great location”

Reviewed 13 Nov 2013

the landlord is great with getting back to you you on issues. we needed more towels n he gave us the code to get them from cleaning closet. no in the area speaks english. you have to walk a mile to T station. buses run frequently. cabs not badly priced. the street behind is very very loud. very hot in place even with heat turned down.

“Exactly as we expected it should be”

Reviewed 30 Oct 2013

Easy to find. Near bus lines. Not far from metro. Good start point to visit downtown, Back Bay, Fenway or Cambridge. We were 5 persons and we can accomodate easily for sleeping and eating breakfast. Could be a little small as kitchen for other meals. Well furnished with linen and kitchen. Everything was working fine for us. Well situated in a beautiful small street with reserved parking at rear. So we just drop the car there and visit with transportation. A good four stars

“Excellent”

Reviewed 25 Oct 2013

Short Term Rentals Boston was very easy to work with. The apartment is centrally located in a great up and coming hip neighborhood. Subway stations and bus stops are right around the corner. Two of my favorite Boston restaurants, Toro and Coppa, are within walking distance. The only complaint I have is that they didn't mention the washer/dryer were out of order. I bought detergent to do my laundry and then found out it has been broken for a week. I ended up walking 6 blocks to a nearby laundromat.

“Nice place to stay in South End”

Reviewed 3 Oct 2013

Unit appears to have been recently remodeled. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Only gripes we had were the thin walls (hear everything from outside and other units), parking "spots" ($25/night and no way all 3 could be used at the same time...alley too narrow), no tv's in bedrooms, and w/d wasn't working.
