Description

La Capinera is a very charming, comfortable small house, located in a very quiet position and undiscovered and beautiful area at just 3 km away from the village of Montopoli. The property is equipped with all modern facilities, including air conditioning in the bedrooms, hi-fi system, wi-fi connection and satellite TV. The house is surrounded by a very large and well maintained flat garden, where an unusually big pool for such a small house is situated. It has a salted water filter system that avoids the use of chlorine. The garden is fenced all around, making it very safe for children, and there is also a children’s play area. To one side of the house is a covered terrace, furnished for outdoor dining. The property is an ideal holiday base for a small families, wishing to enjoy their holiday in complete peace and privacy. The property La Capinera is also a good base to explore Tuscany, being conveniently located only 10 kms from a highway connecting Pisa and Florence. Both can be reached in approximately half an hour’s drive and San Gimignano is 40 kms away. Resident cats at the property.

Please note that this property is on the same estate as Le Rondini which can be rented for lager groups.

Cleaning service is included 2 hours a week.
