** Our cancellation policy is relaxed to include flexible terms for cancellations due to state closure of the beaches. But we can not refund or change bookings due to other state restrictions.

This 4BR/3 full bath, pet friendly home sleeps 12 in 6 beds. In less than a one minute walk you're on the beach or back home to relax. Located in the private gated community of Gull's Nest, you'll be 2 miles from downtown while you enjoy the privacy and quiet of the community. The bedrooms are queen, 2 doubles (aka full), 2 doubles, queen. There is a "kiddie pool" and a hammock to enjoy as well.

Included with your booking are 7 different things you or any individual person in your group can do for free EVERY DAY a short ride from the home including:

• 18 Holes of Golf at Bear Trap Dunes in Ocean View (Year-Round Subject to Weather)

• Splash Mountain Water Park in Ocean City (May 15 to September 15)

• Yoga On the Beach in Dewey (May 15 to September 15)

Welcome to S. Gulls Way Ct, Bethany Beach, located just north of Bethany Beach, Delaware, in Gulls Nest, a gated ocean-side community. Just steps from the private beach and Atlantic Ocean, Gulls Nest offers sun and sand in the summer months, and a quiet, tranquil getaway in the off season. And with beds for 12, (2 queens and 4 doubles) and three full baths, this home is perfect for large groups of family and friends (including pets!).

Please bring your own linens, towels, spices, oils, paper and plastic goods, i.e. paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, garbage bags, salt, pepper and oils. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary appliances, dishes, glass and silverware as well as serving dishes, etc. To rent linens and towels, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up.

The Great Room, spanning almost the entire length of the house, is perfect for entertaining large groups. With a large dining room table and bar at one end, and a smaller card table at the other, there is space to feed all of your guests and visitors. There's also a 48" HD TV and high speed Internet access for those (hopefully few) rainy days.

Improvements for 2019 include a renovated lower level full bathroom, new and refurbished dining room chairs, living room furniture, a new sliding patio door and new outdoor furniture.

The kitchen has newer appliances and there are two outdoor showers as well as a new propane barbecue and parking for 6 six cars, at least 4 of which can be under cover.

The minimum age to book this property is 25.

How do damage deposits work?
