“Connell's review of Campo dei Fiori - Cristoforo”
Perfect location in Rome. Hassan's orientation was thorough and helpful. Contacts with the property manager were enabling and generous. Everything worked. Plenty of light and windows and breeze. Easy access to all locations. We could walk anywhere in the city. Every place we wanted to visit was within 30 minutes. We spent a lot of time in Trastevere which was just across the river.
“Ed's review of Campo dei Fiori - Cristoforo”
The location was excellent for what we wanted to do. The Campo dei Fiori market was fun in the morning and exciting at night. Walk to everything!! Great pick!! Location. Fun, close to everthing.
“Max's review of Campo dei Fiori - Cristoforo”
Excellent experience. Very well laid out apartment and very quiet. Location Location Location. We walked everywhere in old Rome, Spanish Steps, The Vatican, Piazza Navonna, The Pantheon, Trastevere, and of course the Fourm and Colosseum. Not much natural light. Very centrally located with everything within walking distance e.g. supermarket, bakery, coffee.
“Peter's review of Cristoforo”
We had a wonderful stay at Cristoforo. The apartment is not large but was perfect for two people who spent most of our time out and about in Rome. It's clean, comfortable, and well soundproofed in what can be a noisy city. The views are of interior courtyards but there is plenty of light and it's a very pleasant space. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is sunny. The one drawback might be that the kitchen is small and short on counter space, so it would be difficult to do a lot of cooking there. But we never made more than breakfast there--too many great restaurants and food shops nearby. The location is terrific, just a block or so from the Campo dei Fiori with its daily food market the neighborhood is also very lively at night with many restaurants and cafes. Walking distance from almost anything you'd want to see in Rome from the Pantheon to the Vatican.
“Ann's review of Cristoforo”
Very favorable experience. Hassan was prompt and efficient, introduced us to every detail that we needed to know to make our stay pleasant. Location. Nothing. The Campo dei Fiori area may be the best place in Rome for walking and people watching.
“Lynette's review of Cristoforo”
The location -- Campo dei Fiori is right down the street. It felt shabby, and the towels were almost threadbare and mismatched. The garbage holding area for the building was visible from the common area hallway and it smelled. Lots of sights nearby and within walking distance Pantheon, Forum, Piazza Navona. Vatican is about a 15-minute walk along the river.
“Bob's review of Cristoforo”
The location was perfect for us! We walked everywhere - the Coliseum, the Forum ruins, the Pantheon, Trevi fountain, St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican City. The apartment was so central to everything we wanted to see and experience. It was very clean and very quiet. Perfect location for what we wanted to see while in Rome. There were no utensils in the kitchen. Nothing to stir sugar in our coffee and tea. No cooking utensils. There were 5 steak knives in the kitchen and that was it. The washing machine did not have any instructions on its use. The international symbols were not helpful at all. The farmers market just blocks away was great. There were also several small, corner cafes very close to the apartment. We quickly found one for a daily glass of wine and people watching in the mid-afternoons.
Response from the manager The utensils are in a drawer under the oven. November 2008
“Matt's review of Cristoforo”
Amazing. Highlight of our honeymoon. It was really great - fully renovated and new when we arrived. Really clean. I tell everyone about what a wonderful experience we had with you guys - you do such a great job! Location is great. The owner was awesome - he met us and showed us around the apartment. Got us a cab to get to the train station. The street is pedestrian only and opens up into a piazza with bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to Colosseum.
