Idyllic location, peacefully situated in the countryside with views of olive groves and vines. Property was immaculate and tastefully decorated. A true Tuscan experience! Cannot think of a property I have enjoyed more, would love to return again and again! Every room was wonderful, clean and had every amenity needed. The views from the terraces and pool area were magnificent. Each bedroom was spacious and had its own bathroom which was a great bonus. There are even outside bathrooms at the pool! Pictures do not do this place justice! Within driving distance of many must-see locations. We took train from Bucine to Florence otherwise we drove everywhere. Grocery stores were a ten minute drive. Property was private with stunning views!

Paradise! We can honestly say the property was actually better in person than in the photos! The villa was spotlessly clean, very well appointed with plenty of amenities both indoors and outdoors. The pool was delightful. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms all new and completely renovated. Such little touches as a welcoming gift of toiletries was also much appreciated. The hosts were warm and most accommodating. This property is a 5 experience in every way. We loved the beautiful view of the hillside. We loved the villa itself for all the wonderful rooms and the comfort we enjoyed. It is located in a very quiet tranquil area and affords the clientele the opportunity to rest and relax in a magnificent setting. We would recommend this villa to friends and family and hope to return to the villa ourselves in the future! We loved the fact that we could take our car and explore the various towns. We were within an hour or so of Siena, San Gimignano, Cortona, Asissi, and we took the train in to Firenze. The roads were all very well maintained and well signed.

We loved being in Tuscany. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The house and grounds were beautiful and well cared for. Roberto told us the history of the original occupants and some of the local history which made us appreciate it all the more! Having bathrooms for each bedroom was very nice. The layout of the house was great. Plenty of room to relax and read. The large table for dinners was especially nice. The pool was beautiful, too bad the weather didn't cooperate for us to use it. We all loved looking at the vineyards and cypress trees and the hills in the distance. We drove to Bucine for groceries and to catch trains. And we drove up to several monasteries and villages not far from the villa.

Loved the villa property! The owners were very accommodating, easy to work with, and recommended places to see and where to eat. They are very nice people. Loved the house and that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Loved the huge dinning table, the pool, and the view. Loved it at night with all the outdoor lighting. We enjoyed the town at the bottom of the hill (Badia Agnano). By the time we left we'd grown very comfortable with the butcher, grocers, etc. Went to the next closest town to get our bulk groceries (Bucine). Loved the restaurant in Capannole.

Very nice. Enjoyed the owners and the property was nicely located. The size and the fact that each bedroom had it's own full bath. There is also a full bath downstairs. The openness and the ease of access to many sites.

Three couples had a wonderful week. Weather was not ideal, but even with that, it was a lovely stay. Loved the pool, olive trees, and poppies. The views of the hills with castles in the distance was most charming. We loved the wine tasting, food, shopping in the markets, and catching the train and riding to Florence. Lovely time.

It was certainly one of the most memorable trips of my life due in large part to the beauty of the villa, the amazing countryside and the enchanting atmosphere created by Roberto and "the sisters". The common areas were so beautiful and inviting that we spent most of our time there enjoying family. The kitchen was very usable which made us feel very much "at home". The countryside was as, if not more, beautiful than paintings of Tuscany. Many lovely towns to visit.

A most memorable and pleasurable experience. One we will not soon forget. A beautiful and well maintained property with wonderful common spaces. We all truly felt at home here and would love to be able to return in the future. The common spaces were inviting and had ample space for our party of eight. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to create many wonderful, communal meals which we enjoyed indoors and out. The views from the veranda and pool were breathtaking. There were many small Tuscan hill towns to visit and we were in fairly close proximity to Florence and Siena.

Overall, I LOVED the property itself: so much history there. The surroundings were lovely (what one would expect from being in Tuscany) and the owners very friendly. Everything. Beautiful.

Most enjoyable. The peace and quite, and in general the property was clean and well-maintained. Beauty and the history. Also area restaurants and grocery centre. We visited several small communities in the area and found them friendly and steeped in history.
