Located within day trip distance to Rome, Orvieto, and Perugia, this vacation rental in Lazio is located on an estate with a swimming pool and private garden and is surrounded by vineyards, valleys, orchards, and flourishing greeneries. Walk to the local pizzeria, take a quick drive to a Romany crypt, or simply stay on the grounds of your accommodation overlooking the Tiber Valley and appreciate your new reality.

Owned by one of the oldest aristocratic families in the Sabina area, this Italian estate villa rental enjoys stunning views of the estate vineyard and lower Tiber Valley. There is a private swimming pool (open June - September) with loungers and umbrellas, a private garden, and terrace with a table and chairs.

Ground Floor: Enter the villa through the spacious and well-lit living/dining room with terracotta floors and high-beamed wood ceilings. A couch and comfortable chairs are arranged in front of the fireplace and satellite TV. There is a dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a breakfast room. There is a bedroom with two 85 cm narrow single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, WC and a bathtub with a handheld shower. </p>

<p>First Floor: Going up a flight of stairs are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, WC and a bathtub with a handheld shower. The second bedroom has two 85 cm narrow single beds. The third bedroom has two 85 cm narrow single beds. There is a separate bathroom with a sink, WC and a shower. </p>
